I'm officially the worst bowler ever.

Me & my friends played two rounds today (five-pin, we don't have ten-pin here).

on the first round, I started off horribly (only 7 points in two... ends?  I forget the term).  they were rocketing ahead, and it seemed like there was no way I was going to catch them.

I only had like, 50 points by the end of the 7th end.

but then I came back, and got 65 points to come second-last with 105 with a late surge that netted me a strike and a spare, followed by a 5 on my extra throw.


but it was the second round that got to me.

somehow, my success at the end of the previous round didn't translate at all.  I hit two pins (five points) on my first throw...

and hit absolutely nothing for the next two ends. :|

six straight balls went into the left gutter, and I couldn't control it, no matter what I did. :|

so my fourth end, I turned around, and said

"okay guys, this time I'm going to hit a pin"

and got a strike.


It was downhill from there.


I finished with a 48 (in ten ends) and the little girl two lanes to the left of us passed my score on her sixth end. :|

and I was throwing 175 just a couple months ago! :|


if you ever need a confidence boost while bowling, call me up.  I'll be there for you to pummel on me.

I was really good that one round (got like, 3 strikes in a row o_O) but i usually get low 100s...

I was at 42 on my last attempt, and I hit two pins on the left, giving me 5 points.  my two friends just grinned, and were like

"he's not gonna make it!" and we all laughed :P

it took me like, 5 minutes to throw those last two shots.


and i missed both >_<

I went to a youth activity, I chose a ball that was a bit too small for me.  My thumb snagged for a second in the thumb-hole, it came off my hand wrong and went into the people next to us' lane.  My friends never let me forget it. :|
