Does anyone know a good SWF converter?

That's free?  I'd like to convert an SWF I found on 7Chan.  I found three different converters, one was supposed to convert only the video, but it seriously intercourse ed up.  It recorded only 30 seconds and it recorded my desktop while converting it.  The other one was supposed to do both, but the audio is ear rape (perfect to upload to YouTube for April Fools) and it's horribly mutilated.  The third one I have I did not try, and it only does MP3.

Also, in b4 "mediaconverter.org" or "upload the flash to YouTube, it auto converts it", tried both, neither work.
