I was bored yesterday so I started a new SSE file, and I didn't save until 30 seconds ago, and what do you know! I save over my almost 100% file!

Also a weird thing is, when I beat The last boss, I had more percentage than my original file (which had the 3 hiden door characters), and I even skipped a few things that I got last time.
