Can someone explain to me how the hell to do a Tilt attack?

Yes, I know, don't push it so that you do a running attack, yet don't tap it so that you start your A-Combo.

I dunno if everyone has one or not, but I've only been able to do them with Snake, anyone else that I play as might simply not have one X_x;

Yes, seriously. I can never get them out unless I'm playing as Snake -_-

And Java_Java, you play as short people.

Exactly it. Don't go as far on the control stick, or else you will smash.
