They announce a list of things to include in your film on the 13th, and 24 hours from then you have to have a 3 minute short uploaded. The winning team gets a MacBook Pro for each member, as well as a copy of Final Cut Studio 2, Logic Studio, and Shake.

Best part is, it's open to college and high school students only. This is awesome, as I fancy myself as a bit of a filmmaker, and I'm not entirely bad at it.
