I don't even think the "Atari" of today is really Atari.

Also, what about Valve?

...no. Come back with Valve in about 20 years after they've made more than like 3 decent games.
I can list all of their good games.

Half Life
Counterstrike
Team Fortress Classic
Half Life 2
Half Life 2: Episode 1, 2, and 3
Portal
Team Fortress 2

wow what a huge list

capcom beats the poop out of that like no tomorrow

Valve is good and all, but they have yet to make themselves into a large producer. They're too slow, and too new.
I just hope that they actually turn Zack and Wiki into a franchise.

And make more Megaman platformers.

I have yet to play Zack and Wiki.

And god yes more Megaman platformers please Capcom.

Also, since Street Fighter IV comes out in arcades soon, I hope that a console port will follow soon afterward. I can't wait to try that game.

I hope somehow Capcom manages to get a few Street Fighter IV cabinets in America even though arcade machines died in America 10 years ago.

And they are dieing in Japan also, because of Wii.

Also, Treasure makes awesome games.

Indeed. I've heard Radiant Silvergun isn't all it's cracked up to be, but I do love Ikaruga.

What about Marvel? :)

Marvel vs. Capcom 2, X-men legends 1 & 2, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, etc.
I prefer Marvel stick with comics. I wouldn't even consider them third party!
Alright then...what about Namco or Atari?

Namco has Soul Caliber, and Atari has DBZ. As well as thier earlier works.

Namco is great almost purely for arcade games. They've almost never made a good console-only game. There's a few exceptions, but not many.

Some of their arcade games suck, too. But overall, Namco is one of the better ones.

Atari...lol, no.
What's wrong with Atari? :(

I mean, COME ON! The Budokai games are AWESOME (IMO), and...what else does Atari do? I forget. :D

I played Zack and Wiki. It was okay, and some of the puzzles were fairly difficult, but not the best game out there.

Exactly.
Yeah, but do you think there could have even BEEN a Capcom if Atari had never existed?

IMO, I don't think it would have. :-\

Their first game came out in 1984.

Also, the person who started a lot of Capcom's great franchises was from Konami.

Ok, but do you think Konami could have existed without Atari?

Atari was basically the first suscesful home counsle, as well as almost the ONLY game distributer of it's time.

You know, without Atari, I don't think NINTENDO would have existed! Not without Atari!

However, I AM an Atari fanboy! :D

And now Atari only makes poop. Congrats.

Capcom has pretty much always made decent games. Atari likes to keep fluctuating between horrible poop, tolerable poop, and good games.

Yes, that IS true, but you have to admit, the Budokai series is pretty dang awesome! ;D

Eh...could be worse...but Capcom always wins me over for fighting games.

I just wish that they would have longer printing runs on their games.

It's making it impossible for me to get into Phoenix Wright.

As soon as they release Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor, they probably will stop making Apollo Justice.  :|

Yeah, but none of them I can actually PLAY anywhere on a constant bases without distrubiting a quarter everytime I want to play! >:(

And that's why I like Budokai 3. It's free, awesome, and I ACTUALLY HAVE IT!
