easiest way to get coins?

Since i'm down to two more trophies (Medli and Naked Snake), both from the coin launcher, and I'm running low on coins, I need to know the fastest way to get large quantities of coins.  Also, I've been experimenting to see whether you get a better chance of getting new trophies in the all star/boss battles rest area, but since I only have two more to go, I can't really judge accurately, so it would help if someone could test that for me.

Bowser and Donkey Kong (Level 1 Computer, you as Bowser)
300% Handicap
Items on high, Smash Ball and Assist Trophies.

well theres two way
1. sudden death coin match with everyone against one person
2. (the best)
create a stage with a long, vertical, narrow passage
just hit the opponent up every time he comes down and the cions fall on top of you

Classic Mode. Take it from me, don't be like " oh my gosh! oh my gosh! I NEED COINS!!!!!"
Take your time clearing classic, and you'll get the coins you need.

Do Subspace Emmissary over and again. In time you'll get coins.

There really is no set way, one player modes tend to get you more though, but my method is fighting Galleom. Because he gets his ass kicked by Diddy, crank it up to Intense, and best his ass a few rounds, and you should get a decent chunk of coins. If you can't use Diddy, use your main, but Diddy is by far the best for Galleom Coining.

yeah harder difficlties will get you more coins and then take your time in the credits
it always just speed it up and shoot straight down the left side

Final Verdict: Do easy levels of the SSE (Galleom is the easiest level, I might add) on Intense.
