Lucario's Down B?

 Ok this is mainly to people who have Lucario as their main, as it is a question about Lucario. What exactly does Lucarios down b do? I was looking at it the other day and I couldn't find out what it did...

Its just me. It is a counter like Marth and Ike.

His down B is Double Team, but it works just like Counter.

What I don't understand is ZZS' Down B.

She flips and does a "third" jump. Pressing B or A while in this phase will make ZSS pull out a kick that deals minor damage.

He does a counter with a kick, his counter can be powerful in high damade.

I wish you can decide which way you can counter the attack though.

So instead of just form the side, you can attack from the top.
