Mary checked all her cables, checked all her connection settings, tried re-connecting various ways, but nothing worked. "...It must be an outside problem," she mumbled. "Weird... That's never happened before."

"Well... It might have sort of come up," Mary mumbled, looking down now. "...But... He just doesn't seem like the type to kill..." She blushed and fidgeted with her dress. "When he's not acting like a tough jerk, he's actually quite nice... When you warm up to his tough exterior, that is."

"He doesn't think of himself as a troublemaker. He thinks of himself as a One-Man-Clan," Mary replied. "The alcoholic bully of town... But Mira, do you honestly think Zachary could kill someone? He just doesn't seem like the type... He's like... Like that guy from the Breakfast Club! The one who acts all tough, but he's all talk and no punch. That's what Zachary is like. He acts all cool, but if you gave him a chance to slug you, he wouldn't take it."

"Well I'm going to go talk to Zach and see what he has to say about the case." Mira went towards the door, but turned around as he made it to the door. "I won't say anything unless I have to." Mira said, as he left the hotel.
