Mine is a fight in MGS4.

there's striders at the end of 2 as well?  awesome.  it took me a long time to figure out the end of 1 (exploding barrels kept running into me :\) but it was awesome.

I lost so many times to him with a lvl 100 team and all my Pokemon were the right types against his Pogeymanz.

The fight versus the Metroid Prime inner essence in Metroid Prime.  I loved using the Phazon Beam...

Either that or Meta-Ridley battle in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.  My only problem with that battle was that you had too much distance before death.

Fight final fight versus Bowser in SMG was also great (yes, I played that, too.).
