How fast can you run a mile?

Just wondering... The best mile I've gotten in school is 6:56. I wish I didn't have asthma though. It makes me have to stop and catch my breath. :(

I'm also flexible. I'm not sure if I am the most flexible guy in 7th grade, but I was the most flexible in my class.

I still hold the record when I took the test in the 3rd grade.
