Depends on where the BBQ comes from.
If it's KC BBQ, definitely taking that over fried.
Otherwise, fried.

St. Louis had to make up their own type of barbecue too.

It's the exact same thing as Kansas City barbecue, but there's more vinegar.

I like Kansas City style barbecue more, though.

This, right here.  I love BBQ wings, sauce, etc.  It's really the only way to go.

Fried.. occasionally.. but BBQ flavoring for anything can be a real plus, be it on the side or an intergral part of a dish.

I get pizza cheesesteaks with BBQ sauce, cheeseburgers with BBQ sauce, etc.  I mean, this is a no contest thing here for me.
