Underrated characters

Have you ever played as Zero Suit Samus? In fact, have you ever even tried Tether Recovering against an experienced player as Zero Suit Samus or Ivysaur? They'll get you the majority of the time... That is one tedious disadvantage that is hard to overcome with the two.

Zerosuit Samus is one of my main characters. I willing to bet I'm better with her and I know her battle style better than you do. You should've noticed she was on my sig.

just because i'm a casual gamer, it doesn't mean i'm not good. Brawl is pretty much the only game i play. i'm getting close to mastering my 6 characters. I don't play much against computers, I play with tollhouse, skye, who are members here, and i play with more people.

Ok, let's be simple.
Zss's recovery sucks balls. It's easily gimped, because of edge hugging. You can just get on the ledge while she is off, and then renew your invincibility frames when they wear off. Not to mention since It can only grab the ledge, they have to be right under you for it to work. It doesn't go after you if you are on it.

a funny thing happened today. I was using Z Samus at Hyrule Temple against three level 9 computers.  We were at the far right side at the cliff when I fell off. I was a considerable length below the edge of the cliff when I used the Up B recovery move. Not only did the tether knock back the 3 computers from edge hogging, but it grappled onto the cliff edge and I got back on safely. 100% true story. That doesn't suck.

you're missing the point. the tether recovery stopped them from edge hogging by knocking the out of the way.

Computers are stupid, they're too dumb to let go and jump back up to refresh their invincibility frames to keep them from getting hit. It's basic edgehogging to do that or else you're asking for a free hit.
You should only play computers to get timing down on certain attacks or you need to get frustration out (at least IMO anyway)

yes it does, because most smash players are average.
