Strange Windows Media Player Glitch

20 seconds right before the end of a song, the song becomes choppy and pauses at bit.  What's wrong with it?

That would be a problem with the song. Or does it do that to all songs?

It could be a problem with the mp3, or just with Media Player.

It does it to every song, even the short 20-40 second ones.
