Cleaning the Compy

Any other thing to do other than defrag, disk clean, virus scan, and deleting a bunch of crap?

Checkdisk or whatever it's called.
Also, maybe do a registry clean/optimize. Careful, though. Screwing with the registry too much is bad.

I think you just go to Run and type chkdsk..I think it might be called Scandisk normally, though.

I think you just go to Run and type chkdsk..I think it might be called Scandisk normally, though.
You can just right click on a drive in My Computer and do it.

Yeah. Remove unnecessary startup programs using msconfig. That should help your boot time immensely.
