I love the RPG's, but really, how can Mario progress further, while being original? Paper Mario seemed rushed, while Brothers was good, yet underwhelming, imo. Legend of the 7 Stars would be great for a sequel, but I doubt that will happen....is there any news or thoughts on this?

My thoughts are this: Why hasn't Nintendo released SMRPG on the freaking Virtual Console yet!?

I find the RPG's fun and a challenge, especially Paper Mario. Badges as armor, the unique items, the Ally power up...it was just a fun/unique game. The second one was better, in my opinion, but the Final Battle felt...lacking. I haven't played Brothers yet, so... :-X

A sequel to SMRPG would be perfect, but there are petitions everywhere, about 10 years have passed, and there's no sequel. Unless something occurs at E3, I don't think we'll ever see a sequel to SMRPG.

When you say Paper Mario seemed rushed, are you referring to Super Paper Mario?

As for all the others, I absolutely love Paper Mario: TTYD.
I liked Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga..
I would love to play Super Mario RPG and/or a sequel.

I always thought Paper Mario was a wierd spin-off of SMRPG just cuz of the 7 Stars

However, I think they should make another SMRPG 7 stars type game, however, with other Nintendo Universes than just Mario. Like a Smash Bros. RPG! :)

That... would be strange. Don't get me wrong, it sounds fun but a little wierd.

The turn-based Mario RPGs will never get old. Maybe in a few years they will release a new one.

It wouldn't be the same thing, you know. It would have an awesome and long story, with a lot of characters, and a lot of cool enemies and stuff, and it wouldn't have to be called "Super Smash Bros. RPG", it could be called something better! :)
