Okay.
This thing is showing me a graph with some points on it, and then says "Use the graph of f to sketch each graph."
So if y=f(-x), do I just make y the negative value of x? HAAAAAAAALP. :(

the graph of f(-x) is a reflection of f(x).  think about which axis it is flipped across.

use examples if you need help.  for example, use:

f(x) = x^2
or
f(x) = x^2 - 1

and see what happens when you do f(-x).

np.  and sorry, maybe f(x) = x^2 - 1 was not really a good example.  f(x) = x^2+3x+2 would have been better :P
