Have you ever known anyone that is a vegetarian/vegan?

I've known a few, mainly ones that don't eat anything from an animal because of their religion.

I respect them, but I could never give up meat.

I'm like the kind of person that could go to a factory farm or a slaughterhouse and eat chicken/beef that night.
