There's a rumor going around about a theatrical Sonic the Hedgehog movie.

Apparently when someone pitched the idea and then sent it onto Sega of Japan, they approved it at first and then denied it because they were already making a movie with a third party.

Which means it will be an anime, which means it will be dubbed by 4Kids, which means it will suck. :(

Tomb Raider: Completely banked on Jolie's sex appeal, and had little to do with the actual "game". Basically an excuse to put Jolie in an action movie

Came over here on VHS...it's pretty old.
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie
(involved Mobius and OLD SCHOOL SONIC)...
it wasn't half bad besides the mediocre VA. Robotnik was good but everyone else was "meh". Better than current but still not great. Also it actually had a pretty good storyline for a game with the most bare bones story in gaming X_X;;
