I honestly don''t know who would win.  Ling Ling wins in making me laugh, although Pika makes me laugh sometimes too.  But in combat, I don't know :O.  Btw, this is Ling Ling, from the comedy central show, Drawn Together :D if you don't know.

Way back in the days of old Bungie, a roommate was a Science Major, and he moved out of Bungie HQ. He forgot to take a decapitated dog head that was for his class. The dog's name was Ling-Ling, and it's since been an in-joke at Bungie. In fact, they still have the dog head.
