DSL's pretty cheap nowadays. You should see if you can get any good service around there.

To get DSL like speed here, it cost 180 darras.
I usually get the 56k for 50 bucks. Its decent enough I can play WoW during non peak hours

I have AT&T. It's DSL, and it's not expensive. And you can get different speeds for different prices. With mine it's only like 20 something dollars. If you get the fastest one, it's around $40.
