Yet Another Floated Thread/Contest (ENTRIES ARE CLOSED)

Yo.

In line with the revamp of the ranking system and the institutionalization of pirate-themed ranks, it looks very lame if we continue to use the old Nsider "MOD" and "ADMIN" pips. Therefore, I'd like you guys to make some new ones. We are in need of four new pips: one for Captain, one for First Mate, one for Navigator, and one for Lead Crew/SIT.

Requirements/Rules:
1) You are only allowed to submit one pip per category, but you may make as many minor aesthetic adjustments to the pip as you like (color swaps, making backgrounds transparent, etc.)

2) The pips must have a dimension size of no greater than 20 by 20 pixels.

3) The pips need to be pirate-themed. These are the types of pips that I was thinking of; you're welcome to think of something else if you don't like them.
Captain: Jolly Roger flag/Skull&Crossbones
First Mate: Sabre
Navigator: Compass
LC/SIT: Parrot

4) Submit your pips in one post. If you need to edit the pip, don't start a new post, just edit your old one.

5) Commenting is allowed. Chatting will be deleted; no questions, no mercy.

6) Entries are due at 11:59 PM on June 20th.

Winners of each category will get the sexily-colored, not-often-used Mage Apprentice rank for two weeks. If a person wins two categories, they'll get it for four weeks, etc.

LC/SIT should be a compass, and the Navigator should be a Broom. I'm not going to do a pip, I'm just suggesting.
