Titles that will "intrest the core gamer" will be at E3...

Lets see, we'll get Animal Crossing (I HATE LIFE SIMS...so I couldn't give a s***) and thats probably it.
Can anyone tell me the last time Nintendo really went out of it's way for hte core gamer? I mean seriously. This is just big talk from Nintendo. THe biggest announcement I think will happen is maybe F-Zero or announcement of another Zelda (which will be delayed five times and subsequently pushed to the next system)

Nintendo can sell anything to people that don't do their research.

At least the next Zelda will be very different than the previous ones. Aonuma says you won't even recognize it.

And I love Animal Crossing. I'm fine with casual games, I just want to get a lot of gameplay out of it.

As long as it's not a rehash of the OoT story I'm fine with it... I'm getting sick of all the games trying to live up to OoT...it's not possible.
I hate causal games unless their ORIGIONAL casual games with some actual gameplay...like WarioWare. None of this "we want everyone to play so me made it so mindnumbingly simple and stupid" games.

You can blame Ubisoft for that.

Most of their entire Nintendo lineup ends in a z.

Really, I don't want the next Zelda game to have ANY fanservice, because all people want is a OOT clone.

There are some good casual games out there, but very few hardcore ones on Nintendo platforms.

All those games were good. There was just absolutely no point in the delay (particularly America's last delay for Brawl. THAT WAS BULLSHIT AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT).
I mean, lets see. Nothing was added in TP the last delay. They only delayed it to put it on the Wii (which was dumb IMO if the could've released it a year earlier), nothing was added in corruption, and like I said the last Brawl delay did nothing other than to piss us all off.

If they were to announce these things at E3, I would be so happy:

-No friend codes (or an option to have friend codes on or off for little kids or something :|)
-Hard drive (Please, I'll eventually run out of space from Wii Ware games)
-New LOZ that doesn't suck as much as TP. And that actually uses the Wii Mote in a unique way.
-New franchises

They delayed Brawl in American for the VA's to record their voices...which, like I said, was bullpoop since they knew the roster and all the voices they'd need for HOW long and they waited to hte last minute probably just to let Japan have it longer or to piss America off

all three of those games suffered from Nintendo's massive fear of "glitches" in games.

Look at SSBM.  look at all of the physics abuses that you could do.  that's why people loved it.

look at the original Metroid Prime.  look at everywhere you could go from the beginning.

look at Legend of Zelda:  Ocarina of Time.  I won't even try to go into all of the poop you can do (chu hovering, supersliding, etc).


from a glitcher/speedrunner's point of view, nintendo has produced nothing but poop since the early GC days.

Well, Nintendo messed up big time by allowing people to exploit a glitch in TP to install homebrew.

Of course, Nintendo blocked that via an update that was for the Mii Channel.

-Removal of friend codes (I can dream, can't I) Yeah right. :(
-DLC for Rock Band/GH3 (Still dreaming) PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD YES ;_;
-MGS4 for the Wii (STILL dreaming) lolwut
-New Eternal Darkness (STILL dreaming) That would be the best game ever.
-Hard drive (god is this a dream or a nightmare) is this the real life/or is this just fantasy, etc.
-Kid Icarus game (probably would be nice) Bleh.
-New LoZ game (preferably without massive fanservice like TP) Online Four Swords, please? D:
-A new franchise (The Big Three are, unfortunately, getting old) I hope so.
-Advance Wars game for Wii with online(not Batallion Wars) Ehh...maybe.
