Temp folder - Do I even need any of the stuff here???

Most of it looks like junk and old stuff I downloaded a long time ago...
Do I need it all?

it makes things load faster but can accumulate.  idk.

I'd delete it if it's going slow.  You will have to re-enter passwords and stuff where they're saved, just in case you might have a keylogger on your computer.
