First off, anyone notice that Ness's face makes a question mark?  You can thank /b/ for pointing that out to me D:  Second, you can tell, even without the text that was on the sheet, that those sprites were in the Japanese version only.  Cigarettes, gore, and the one on the right... Self-explanatory >_>

All of those sprites are from MOTHER, not EarthBound/MOTHER 2.
