Have you ever run away from home?

Have you ever run away from home? Or have you ever tried to run away from home, is the right question. Whichever. And no, going to your Best Friends house to spend the night doesn't count.

I tried to. I failed, because I got as far as the door. I couldn't get far without anyone noticing me, so I gave up all attempts.

Hahaa, that was an interesting night.   I was about... 11 or 12 when I ran away.

I tried to live with my mom, because when I was living with my dad, it was like he wasn't even there.  It was a HUGE mistake.  Back when I lived with my dad, there were no rules, no chores.  I could do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, I wasn't used to rules.  When I tried to live with my mom, I had to tell her every little thing I was doing, where i was going, how long I'd be there, etc., etc.  And school was poopty.  The class was ahead of me, and the intercourse ing teacher wouldn't even try to help me.  I was left to figure everything out on my own.  Mom was always too busy with work to help me, and my step-dad was somewhere else...  can't remember.

Anyways, I had enough of it.  I was completely miserable.  My mom usually worked all day, and I only saw her in the morning or on weekends.  So I decided to run away while she was at work.  I Grabbed a bag, stuffed my Nintendo 64 and Zelda: OoT in it, waiting for nightfall, and high-tailed it out of there.  I got lost.  I tried to make my way to this one street that lead to town, but I took a wrong turn, and ended up somewhere else.  My bag was ripping, so I stopped at a gas station and asked them for a new bag.  The woman asked me what I was doing out so late by myself, and I told her I was running away. 

So she gave me a bag, I wrapped my items with it, and left.   I didn't even get a chance to leave the gas station before the police showed up.  For a split second, I thought about running up to some random person who was pumping gas into their car, and acting like their child so the police would go away.  But instead I just stood still while the police pulled up to me. 

The cop asked what I was doing, and I told them I was running away.  So he made me get into the back of the car, and drove me to the station.  I stayed there for a little while while they questioned me, and then they took me back to my mom's house, where we then waited with the neighbors for 30 minutes for my mom to get home. 

Later that night I woke up to my mom screaming at my dad over the phone, then she pulled me out into the living room and told me that I can never live with her again.

Tried, kinda ended up like Red. Cops came, took me home. Had to hear my mom ninny, and thats it. I was just sick of my house and step-dad, he's such an annoying intercourse tard. I was about 11. only two years ago :P

I've even thought about it now, I know where I could go and evertything. And if we don't move out of this poophole soon, I will xD
