So i bought a 360 a while back and returned it to the store, long story, everything did work though.

So I might be getting one again for my Birthday, and i was wondering, what 2 games should I buy with the 360?

Ill be getting an arcade after the price drop, though i might get a pro depending on how much money i have.

Assassin's Creed - REALLY simulates being an assassin
Gears of War - Best sooter ever made imo. Great story, multiplayer, and graphics
Crackdown - a worthy and fun substitute to GTA4 that isnt nearly as bad
Viva Pinata - prepare for 50+ hours of play time :P
Sonic 06 - Questionable to all who have never seen or played it, it's only $20 bucks now and you will be surprised on how good it is despite everyone saying it's terrible.
MOH: Airborne - Easily best MOH game
Halo 3 - I wont recommend buying unless you have the above games first^

Many many people have told me to not get Halo 3 and to get Halo and/or Halo 2.

They said Halo 3 has a "good" story, but gets old REAL fast...

es, Halo 3 gets old only if you have played the first 2, and if thats the case you have played the best of halo.

and Omega12, sorry dude, that game is pretty sweet. But there is no gore or really law breaking at all, just taking out corrupt leaders and such.

Crackdown. It's pretty much like GTA, only you have superhuman abilities, and it doesn't have the bad stuff. (Ie, alot of swearing, massive blood/gore)

The last time I checked, a hard drive is 100 bucks for 20GB.

It's up to you. The arcade lacks a hard drive($100 in the future), lack the high-def cable(not that big of a deal), cannot play the original Xbox games, and doesn't have a shiny disk eject thing.
It's good if you have a few games you want, but if you want a lot of games and the ability to download things without having to buy a HD later on go for the pro.
