1. don't expect the original game.
2. if they release the original game, they'll sure as hell keep it in japan.
3. expect a rehash of the original game, but don't think it'll be worse or better than the original (MZM is a classic example of this).
4. don't expect the original game in any way, shape or form.

I've heard of Chrono Trigger, and this was the favorite game of Terrisus back at Oldsider, so it should be a good RPG. I might want to download the original ROM first to try it out.

Holy hell this was like my 2nd favorite SNES RPG.
I would love to play another from the series, it was so incredible for it's time.
