look for the "print screen" key on your keyboard and press it. then go to mspaint or something and paste (ctrl+v). save it as jpeg, png, gif, whatever.

To do a screen capture, press the "Print Scr / SysRq" key. Next, click "Start", go to "Accessories", then go to "Paint". With "Paint" open, hold "Ctrl" and press the "V" key. The screen capture should appear in Paint. Then go to "File" and click "Save". Be sure to save it as a ".PNG" file.
