It really is real.

I hope that somehow this is fake and the guy just registered the domain name to prolong the hoax. But alas, it probably isn't.

NO SEGA, SONIC DOES NOT SWING SWORDS!
Sonic does NOT do generic platforming (as Sully Sonic seems to suggest)
Sonic does not do turn based fighting (althoug hte jury is still out in the RPG...it's not really Sonic's tastes)

I can already tell this is going to end badly.

Hey, the last one was said about the Mario RPGs, and those turned out great.

They didn't learn from Shadow the Hedgehog, apparently.

That's why I said hte jury is still out...
They haven't learned anything apparently.
I say either sell it to Nintendo or let Dimps keep doing it (Sonic Rush, and Rush Adventure). They did a good job, now Dimps gets nothing from SEGA...they're suffering from Nintendo complex

Keep in mind, Dimps is making the Wii version version of Sonic Unleashed and it looks like a Dreamcast game, or being generous, a GCN launch title.

The reason why The Dark Brotherhood will be good? Because Sonic Team isn't making it.

like anyone is gonna buy the Wii version of that game...if it needs it's own engine it's on the 360/PS3...
I know, it looks horrible in terms of graphics.

Sonic Team not making it doesn't mean anything...

It's from the people who made Mass Effect and Knights of the Old Republic.

I know Tuppy...I keep up with the gaming industry too...
I'm just waiting to see how that turns out. If it turns out well then that basically confirms Sega itself can't make Sonic games anymore...

The best Sonic games in the past few years were made by companies other than Sega.

I wish Sega would bring back old franchises like Alex Kidd to give them a second chance.

Another Billy Hatcher would be awesome too.

Yes...yes we do...Vectorman would make a perfect 3rd person shooter.

But i am honestly excited for this game. There has yet to be a Sonic game that I have not enjoyed (except for labyrinth...)

Yeah, Vectorman is awesome, but Sonic and his friends should never EVER use weapons.
