Items in Link's possesion thus far...

** = Just received or learned.

Master Sword - The Sword of Evil's Bane. Because it has lost most of its power, it must be restored using the lost spirit energy of Sol.

Hylian Shield - received from Tribus after saving his people. A steel shield that doesn't burn.

Legend Bow - An upgrade from the Wooden Bow, received in the Forest Temple. Packs more punch than the Wooden Bow, and can flip switches. Can be used in conjunction with Bombs for Bomb Arrows.

Bombs - Explosive devices that will ignite initially and blow up over time. Can be used with Arrows for Bomb Arrows.

Sticky Bombs - Bombs that can be stuck to surfaces and walls. Will only explode after long amounts of time or when ignited with the Flare Boomerang.

Flare Boomerang - A boomerang that, when thrown, will ignite itself on fire and set off explosives, light torches, and burn enemies and objects.

Hookshot - A device that can be used to latch onto certain surfaces and reel Link in.

Zora Cruiser - A personal wave riding device that allows Link to move on the surfaces of water with ease. Can be combined with the Hookshot to latch onto and follow moving objects.

Javelin Cannon - A huge cannon that, when fired, will launch forward a Javelin at high speeds, piercing any and reeling in many targets, and stabbing into certain surfaces. The Javelin is connected to a rope, which can be then used to walk accross (tight roping). The Cannon requires Javelins to function.

Rail Glider - A small contraption that Link can hang on certain metal rails, usually situated above Link. While the Glider is hung there, Link can hang bombs there and move them on the Rail Glider, shoot arrows into the Glider to make the arrows move in a certain path, and Link can even hang on it himself and Glide on rails.

**Goliath Gauntlets** - Crafted by the Gorons of Fayore, the Goliath Gauntlets give Link superhuman strength, allowing him to lift heavy objects. These gloves cannot be taken off.

Fishing Rod - Purchased during the Ruppees tutorial.

Epona - A stallion given to Link by the King of Hyrule. Can be summoned in certain spots using the Sol Medallion.

Zora Plated Armor - Full plated armor made of Zora Azurite. Gives no resistance underwater, and allows Link to swim and even surface in water. Gives Link infinite breath.

The Sol Medallion - Holds the spirit of the creator of the sun, Sol, and all his power. A large portion of the medallion's energy has been sucked up by Ganondorf's sword, the Thanatos. Gives Link the ability to call out Epona in certain areas and transform into Sol Link.

Sol Core Pieces (2) - Collecting three restores the Master Sword's power, in order to combat the Thanatos.

**Elemental Orbs** - Orbs necessary to open the door and enter the Spire section of the Sol Sanctum.

Sword Skills learned so far...

Sword Plant [Normal Link] - When neck-and-neck with an opponent, wait for the command to show up. When it does, attack to perform a lunge into the opponent's chest, and kick them off your blade! This technique is a one-hit-kill move, but can only be used on certain, unarmored, humanoid enemies. The skill can be interrupted by surrounding enemies.

Bull Rush [Normal Link] - When a Spin Attack is charged up, walk forward and release it to perform a wide horizontal sweep while dashing forward, cutting down enemies in a line. Good for escaping, too.

Dolphin Charge [Normal Link] - When Link is a certain distance away from an opponent, trigger the command to perform an upward slash that sends both Link and the opponent up, and perform a diving slash tat creates a tremor on the way down.

Hawk Strike [Normal Link] - When targetting a flying opponent, input the command to cause Link to hurl his sword at the flying enemy. Then, Link will rush up, catch his blade, and perform a diving blow. Can only be used on flying enemies.

Fierce Spin [Normal Link] - When at full health, unleash an improved Spin Attack. This Fierce Spin will gain more range and power, and continually slash to keep spinning in place. The Fierce Spin is able to deflect projectiles.

Shining Blade [Sol Link] - Charge up Link's sword and plunge it into the ground, creating a small tremor around Sol Link that will push back and damage surrounding enemies.

Lightwave [Sol Link] - Perform a Spin Attack to send forward a shockwave of light energy, striking through multiple enemies at once in a line.

Spirit Flame [Sol Link] - Perform a charged Jump Attack to send forward a shockwave of flames to attack far off foes and burn them.

Great Tornado [Sol Link] - Charge up a Spin Attack for an extended amount of time to unleash a huge attack that will create a tornado around Sol Link.

Phoenix Purge[Sol Link] - While running, roll and input the command. Link will rise up with a huge slash that sends a fiery Phoenix upward, launching enemies up.

**Goliath Strike [Both Links]** - After charging up a Jump Attack for an extended amount of time, Link's sword will grow in size and, with the use of the Goliath Gauntlets, Link can lift up this huge blade, and swings it down, causing massive damage.

Note that all of Sol Link's Sword Skills require the use of a Magic Gauge. Once this is depleted, it will slowly restore itself.

So, this is a storyline of a new Zelda game that I thought up. I call it The Legend of Zelda: Sol Medallion

Link's Adventure Begins...
[spoiler]So our story starts out in a village named Rimwood, where an adult Link resides. Just like most Zelda games, the starting village is where you learn about the basic functions of the game. You'll be trained under Neo, the blacksmith, in the arts of sword fighting and archery, and be given a Wooden Bow for your efforts!! You'll also be asked to buy a Fishing Rod for a fellow Villager, but after realizing that he jus found the one he lost, he lets you keep the Rod you just bought... Wow.

After completing your tasks which include fencing and target practice with the blacksmith, horseback riding at the ranch, ruppee functions, etc., you go to the villages elder. The elder has a task for Link... To deliver a package directly to the King of Hyrule. The elder tells Link that he has no time to explain, and the sooner he gets there, the better. He tells Link to visit the blacksmith to aquire a generic sword and shield.

At this point, Link is sent on a walking trip (yeah, walking... Or running  :|) to Hyrule Castle. Once arriving in the castle itself after passing through the town, Link is astonished to find the throne room under seige by evil warriors... With a big one standing in the middle... Ganondorf O_O

He is holding a dark blade up to the King's throne, asking for the Sol Medallion, which turns out to be Link's delivery. At that moment, Link is walking in with the medallion in his hand, gleaming. Ganondorf instinctly finds out that it's right behind him, and turns around and points his sword at Link. The Medallion then goes flying out of Link hands and floats in front of Ganondorf. Ganondorf then holds his dark blade out, where the light from the medallion is slowly sucked in by the sword. The King yells that Ganondorf cease immediately, but a dark minion carries him away.

Link notices how urgent the situation must be, and runs up to grab the medallion, knowing that not doing anything will cause more harm. But, as Link is traversing up the throne room, dark minions impede Link's path.

This is where your first real battle begins. You must defeat waves of enemies as you progress up the throne room before Ganondorf sucks all the light out of the medallion... Yeah, pretty intense for a first real battle, eh?

Once you finish this task, Link will leap forward, grabbing the medallion. Ganondorf is infuriated, and holds Link by his throat. Link, still grasping the medallion, sees all hope is lost... Until the medallion starts shining. Ganondorf looks down at it, and is surprised. The medallion sheds off a lightwave, sending Ganondorf flying into a wall. Ganondorf takes note of this danger, and dissappears, along with his minions.

The King, being very observant, sees Ganondorf outside the window riding a flaming horse out, and is guessing that Ganondorf will probably go to capture Princess Zelda to take as a hostage (and also to harness her Triforce). The King tells Link to rush over to Zelda as quick as possible, and grants Link with a steed, calling him "the most loyal and majestic stallion in all of Hyrule". Link rides this horse (generic name is Epona... Go figure) to Zelda's tower, where he is greeted by some dark minions.

At this point, the player is in a horse-race type of sequence, where the player must fend off foes while getting to the tower as quick as possible by jumping over obstacles and slashing off incoming foes... Since this is your first horse-race, Ganondorf moves relatively slower than he usually would, and the path is wide and obvious.

After getting to Zelda first, she explains to Link what the "Sol Medallion" actually is. It is a medallion that was kept secret for its vast power, as it stored the light energy that powered the mighty sun. Without it, Hyrule would go into eternal darkness. She also explains that a spirit dwells within the medallion, known as Sol.

Sol is the main creator of the sun, and stored his spirit and all his power into a single medallion, so that his power could be contained and out of the reaches of evil. But, the elder of Link's village is also Zelda's uncle. The elder, Vincent, was once a reknown adventurer who found the Sol Medallion on his travels in an ancient shrine. He took it for himself, as he could not contain himself from this treasure. He took it home with him, where he retired as an adventurer.

But, after numerous studies towards the revealing of what the medallion really was, Vincent knew that it should be kept in better hands, which is where he tells Link to bring it to the King.

Zelda also speaks to Link about Ganondorf... It is the same Ganondorf, and he is back. Ganondorf found an ancient blade known as the Thanatos. Thanatos is a terrible blade, that sheds darkness to even the richest sources of light. Ganondorf planned to use the medallions power to restore the blade to its full power and cover all of the world in darkness and build his kingdom. Ganondorf had already targeted and consumed numerous territories and lands in Hyrule, and Zelda beckons Link to, with the aid of the Sol Medallion, restore those lands and vanquish Ganondorf.

At that moment, Ganondorf enters the tower and barges into the room where Link and Zelda were. Zelda tells Link run, but Link can't just sit there and let Zelda be captured. So instead, Zelda teleports Link out of Hyrule Castle and back on Hyrule field.

At this moment... Link hears a peculiar voice...

"Hey!" Link notices the medallion shaking. It's Sol communicating with Link! Sol tells Link not to worry about Zelda, as she knew what she was doing. But he tells Link to look around him. As Link does, he notices domes of shadow and darkness consuming areas far off. Sol tells Link to traverse to the eastern region of Hyrule to vanquish the darkness there, first. Naturally, this is the Forest Temple. Link has his sights set for his destination and goes...[/spoiler]

The Forest Temple
[spoiler]Sol informs Link that if he needs Epona for whatever reason, he will call Epona for him. So, simply talk to Sol and select "Call Epona", and the Sol Medallion will give off a sound, where Epona then comes galloping up to Link.

After Sol explains this, you'll hear a familiar voice...

"HEYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!"... Oh, it's the postman. He delivers a letter to Link. It's from Neo, Rimwood's Blacksmith! Here's what it says...

"Hey Link, King Hyrule told the elder about your journey, and I ain't letting you go without a word or two, first!! Swing by Rimwood pronto, kid!!!"

Okay, so that's exactly what you want to do. When you meet up with Neo, he'll tell you that he once served as a knight of Hyrule, and wishes to share with Link some of his sword fighting techniques... The first skill he teaches you is the called the Sword Plant!

When you're neck and neck with an opponent, attack when the command comes up and Link will plant his sword straight into the opponent's chest. From there, he will kick them off of his blade, finishing them off. This is a one-hit-kill technique, but only works against unarmored, humanoid foes. Use this skill sparingly, as you can be interupted while using the Sword Plant by surrounding mobs.

Using Epona for transportation, Link reaches the Eastern Forest after leaving Rimwood. My concept of the temple is different from past Forest Temples. The temple itself, really itsn't a temple, but more like an actual forest. The dungeon takes place outdoors instead of the traditional indoors setting, with towering trees, dark caves, and much more!

Also, this is very important for all Temples and Dungeons in this game. There are areas in the dungeons that are consumed by the Thanatos' darkness (known as Voids), so harmful, that Link cannot enter them. However, Sol will allow Link to borrow his spirit energy. Sol will transmit the light enery from the medallion and embody it into Link, making Link take on a whole new persona, and making it possible for him to enter Voids. Sol is the one to explain this to you.

Sol Link harnesses more abilities than normal Link, such as special Sword Skills. But because Ganondorf sucked up some of the Medallions energy, the power of Sol's light is weak initially, but gets stronger as Sol regains his spirit energy.

You can ask Sol to transmit his energy at anytime, but be weary that Sol Link's sword strikes only harm enemies and objects that are covered in Void, so you can't stay as Sol Link forever.

Enemies Lurking Within...

Skulltula - Can't have the Forest Temple without these guys... They are creeping on high tree branches, just waiting to swing down and surprise Link. They can be dispatched with a sword swing while they're down, or shooting them with arrows from your Wooden Bow.

Giant Skulltula - They look like regular Skulltulas, except a lot bigger. Unlike past Giant Skulltulas, these Skulltulas are burrowed in the ground, first. When Link steps in a certain distance from them, they will spring up and strike Link down, so watch out! You can be aware of where the Skulltulas are because the soil on them is slightly darker than the surrounding soil. You can make a Giant Skulltula pop up early from a distance by shooting an arrow at the soil spot. This will cause the Skulltula to falsely detect movement, and pop up surprised, which is a good chance to strike! But, if you're going hand-to-hand, it's best to wait for the Skulltula to rise up before a strike. This way, it reveals its weak spot, which is when you want to strike!

Small Griffin - A new enemy to the Zelda, Small Griffins fly around atop the highest trees, searching for prey as they are perched up on a branch. When they find Link, you'll hear a distinct chirp from these Griffins. Once you do, immediately lock on to the Griffin, as it's zoning in on you, and quickly defend! If this is done correctly, the Griffin will be dazed by running into your shield, and that's your chance to strike! If you DO get hit, however, catch the Griffin as it is flying away with an arrow or two.

Deku Baba - You've fought these things too many times, so I don't need to explain them to you...

Keese - The most basic of flying enemies, they lurk in the shadows. One slice should deal with one, but coming in groups can make them a nuisance fast.

Mini Boss [Griffin Rider]

The arena for this battle is in an open area, surrounded by towering trees. As Link walks into a room, an arrow zips by him and strikes down right in front of him. Link is startled, and looks around. He sees an armored knight, riding a Giant Griffin, and realizes that he was the one who shot that arrow! Link prepares, and the fight begins!

Now, to combat the Griffin Rider effectively, you must remember that they are not just one enemy, but two! The Griffin has a mind of its own, and this is the Griffin Rider's main weakness!

The Griffin Rider's attacks include simple arrow shots while perched, or mobile shots, which can be trickier to block. The opportunity for you to strike is when the Griffin Rider is stationary.

While it's stationary, you'll notice that the Griffin's neck has a weak point that looks almost like a ruby. Sol will also exploit this to you if you need help. How will you attack that if the Griffin's so high up? Use your arrows!

Take aim and shoot the weak spot. This infuriates the Griffin, and it will be out of control for the Rider to handle. The Griffin will take a nose dive and swoop down, trying to strike you. Simply block it, and like other Griffins, it will become dazed from your block. The Rider will fall off the stunned Griffin, which is your time to slash that guy down! After a few seconds, the Rider will hop back on the Griffin, and perch up on the branches again, and the cycle continues.

After defeating the Rider, both him and the Griffin will dissappear, leaving only one thing... The Rider's bow! This is the Dungeon's item... The Legend Bow!! This bow is an upgrade from your current bow, packing more of a punch and being able to flip switches, not to mention be shot farther, too!

After earning the Legend Bow, complete any neccessary things in the dungeon, including flipping far off switches, getting items, entering new Voids, earning the Boss Key, etc., Link must face off against the dungeon's boss!

The Embodiment of Furiousity - Terranoth

The Boss Door leads you to the top of the biggest tree in the dungeon. The arena for this battle takes place here, so falling off is possible during the fight, so be cautious!

Link walks slowly to the center of the arena, where he notices some leaves rustling. He looks around, but sees nothing. The leaves then start rustling faster, and a giant, tree-like being emerges. This is Terranoth, and he doesn't look so happy to see you!!

Terranoth looks like a tree, obviously... His legs are two trunks, he has arms that are massive, with hands that are collossal... The leaves atop his head form sort of a beard on him, and his glaring, yellow eyes are intimidating! He stands at about 20 feet tall... Truly a beast!

Terranoth's attacks include simple punches and swings, tremor stomps, and ground pounds using his huge hands. How do you take down a beast like this? Well, just like a regular tree, you have to make him go timberrrrrr!! Of course, you're going to have to use your Legend Bow to take this beast down... But how? Well, his eyes are an option! Shoot an eye to stun him... He'll go into a craze, running around like a maniac. Make sure he doesn't run into you! So what do you do from here? Well, if you ask Sol, he says:

"There has to be a weak spot to this beast! I suspect that he's hiding it somewhere... Maybe you should give that tree a trimming!"

You heard him... When Terranoth falls down, target his head, and cut those leaves down to size! You'll notice an area covered in Void... How else to target Void other than with Sol Link!! Switch to Sol Link once you've cut down the leaves and beat the crap out of that Voided area. Once Terranoth regains his momentum, remember to switch back.

Once Terranoth gets going again (and growing back his leaves...), he brings some new cards to the battle! Occasionally, he will root himself into the arena and hurl chunks of rocks at you. Once he's rooted like this, shooting his eye won't do any good, since he won't fall when rooted, so wait till he uproots to make your move.

A good 3-4 rounds should do the trick, and the Void consuming Terranoth will disappear.

You'll also notice that all the Void in the region is gone, and transformed into spirit energy, which is then taken in by the Sol Medallion. Some of Sol's power has returned! And with that, Sol Link learns a new ability! The ability is called Shining Blade, which is a chargeable attack that, when released, will cause Link to plant his sword into the ground to create a tremor around him, damaging and pushing back nearby foes. Remember that these techniques can only be performed by Sol Link.

After regaining some of the Sol Medallion's power, Terranoth explains to Link how Ganondorf consumed his land in Void, and that Link must stop Ganondorf immediatly, and stuff like that... He also explains to Link the classic Legend of Zelda story about the Triforce and the three Goddesses... Sounds familiar >_>

ANYWAY, after getting the freaking Heart Container, step into the light portal to arrive back at the Temple's entrance and await your next objective...[/spoiler]

The Death Mountain Caverns
[spoiler]As Link rides back out to Hyrule Field, the postman presents Link with TWO letters, this time from Vincent, Rimwood's village elder, and again from Neo.

"Link, I have an urgent message to tell you, so get here as quick as you can!
I have a friend here I want you to meet, also."
-Vincent

"I got some new tricks up my sleeves that you should know... It might come in handy! Come when you have time, buddy!"
-Neo

It sounds like Rimwood is the hotspot for today, so head back there. Once you do, you'll notice a mass of mysterious beings known as Gorons, settling in Rimwood. Ignore them, and get to your objectives.

Talk to Neo first. He has another sword skill for you! I wonder what it could be...

The new skill in store for Link is called the Bull Rush. While charging up a Spin Attack, strafe forward and release it to perform a dashing sweep, striking enemies in a line in one passing. It can be useful to escape from the heat of battle, too!

So now that you've learned another great skill, go meet with Vincent. You'll notice that you'll be greeted at the door by a Goron and Vincent.

Vincent tells Link that his Goron friend is the elder of the Gorons, Tribus. Tribus came to inform Vincent that an evil monster had attacked Death Mountain and spread an evil darkness (Void) inside and around the mountain, making living there impossible. So, the gorons had to make themselves at home in Rimwood for the time being.

Tribus also explains that some of the Gorons were consumed by the darkness, and summoned Death Mountain's spirit, Bolganone, which was also consumed by the Void, and is now in a Frenzy. Tribus asks that Link traverse into the heart of Death Mountain to eliminate this threat, once and for all!! A huge task is at hand, obviously, so get ready!

He also asks you to, if he sees any Consumed Gorons at the Mountain Trail, that he purge them of their Void, and bring them back to Rimwood. You'll get a nice prize for this.

There is also another side quest availiable for Link... There is an exhausted Goron just outside of Neo's Blacksmithing shop, and he has a task for you! He asks that rumors have gone around that he's going to save Goron-kind, and asks that if he does, if he gets some Hot Spring Water for him. He hates cool water, and can't stand it. So what does he give you for this task... An empty bottle, of course! That's your first one! Be sure to remember to get that water after finishing this dungeon!

Ride out to the western region of Hyrule, which is where Death Mountain is. From a distance, it is quite clear that Death Mountain has Void written all over it. The gate is even engulfed in Void. Sol informs Link that it looks like he won't be getting in there in his current condition, so Link is forced to change into Sol Link if he wishes to continue.

Once you make the transformation, enter the gate to the Mountain trail. You'll be greeted by dozens of dark minions, and
consumed Gorons.

The Mountain Trail is a straight forward path, so it shouldn't be hard to miss any Consumed Gorons. Just traverse up the winding path and you'll get to the Cavern in no time.

Inside the cavern is the dungeon, itself. It starts out as a dark and dreary cave, but going deeper reveals a lava-filled dungeon, full of exploding flames and bursting magma. The overwhelming condition of the Mountain is caused by Bolganone.

Enemies Lurking Within...

[Mountain Trail]

Voided Goron - A Goron consumed by the Void. Dispatch them by stunning them with a Shining Blade, or distracting them with arrows. Once they have they have their guard down, slash like crazy on their backside, as that is where the Void is. Sol will inform you to strike at this point, too. Once the Goron is purged, he will thank you, and Sol will teleport the Goron back to Rimwood.

Tektite - The classic spider monsters return, and haven't changed a bit. Watch out for their jumping attacks, and strike down packs of them with a Spin Attack or Bull Rush.

Deku Baba - Need I explain?

Small Griffin - Just like in the Forest Temple, deal with them with a block to daze them, or shoot them with an arrow.

[Caverns]

Dodongo - Fire breathing lizards that are as big as Link. They can be dispatched by striking at their vunerable back-sides, which are unprotected by scales. Use constant strafing when dealing with these. You can also go for a Shining Blade to stun them for a bit.

Fire Keese - A keese, except on fire. They will deal extra burning damage, so defend often! One slash or arrow should do the trick.

Bomblin - A new type of Moblin, Bomblins carry sacks of bombs behind their backs and will constantly run from Link and hurls bombs at him, which can be pretty annoying. Daze them with arrows to stop them in their tracks and take them down! You can also go for a Bull Rush to catch up with them.

Chu - Chus take on a different appearance in Sol Medallion... They are now a column of slime, with two arms extended out, allowing them to actually attack with force. Shoot em at a distance with arrows, or even go for a Sword Plant if you're good. Chus will split up into two when they're defeated, but a Sword Plant prevents this from happening. The Chu's jelly can also be scooped up as a health-restoring potion.

Moblin - Moblins will come armed with either a club, or a bow. Go head to head with the clubbed ones with your sword, or pick off the archers with your own archery.

Mini Boss [Rouge Goron Band]
The mini boss of the temple is a band of consumed Gorons, responsible for the summoning of Bolganone. There is 4 of them, and you'll be facing off against them all at once. One weilds a sword, one weilds an axe, and two are archers.

You'll face off against the Sword and Axe gorons first, while the Archers take the high ground and pester you with arrows. Be aware of your surroundings, and concentrate and fighting the melee Gorons while dodging arrows.

Arrows won't even make the tough goron hides flinch, so you'll need to go one vs. two with these guys. As Sol Link (since they are voided), use your Shining Blade to daze them as usual. Strike the Voided area just like you would a normal Goron. The exception is that these guys present much more of a threat, as they have more range (weapons) and can take much more of a beating, not to mention a speed boost.

Once you dispatch the two melee gorons, the archers switch to a new strategy. They will use bomb arrows, instead. Keep your focus on one Goron, keeping one eye peering at the other. The Goron archers take time to create their arrows, so use this time to take aim with your arrow and shoot the bomb while he is loading it to the arrow. This will cause the bomb to explode, knocking down the archer to your level. The archer will run around like a maniac, so catch him and finish him off... One down, one more to go! This archer has a new trick up his sleeve!

He will pull out a boomerang... And it's on fire! He'll start hurling that thing at you, so how are you supposed to reach him? Your arrows wont stun him!

Sol will make an observation to take the bombs that fell during your original assault on the first archer. You take the Goron's bombs and bomb bag... You now have bombs!! Equip them with your arrow to fire off bomb arrows at the Goron. But you have to fire at the right time, as in, while the boomerang is thrown out. Stun the Goron with a bomb arrow, and the boomerang will hit the goron, making him fall. Strike him down to finish the battle!!

The 4 Gorons apoligize to Link, and tell him to stop Bolganone immediately. Link is given the Flare Boomerang (the Goron's weapon) as a reward for helping them, and Sol teleports them to Rimwood. The Flare Boomerang covers itself in flames when thrown, being able to light torches, ignite explosives, and burn enemies and other objects! This'll come in handy, along with the bombs you earned! That's two items recieved in one battle!

After finishing up in the dungeon and getting missing items, it's time to get that Boss Key and face off against Bolganone!

The Embodiment of Flames - Bolganone
The battle takes place on a rock surrounded by lava and magma. The arena will shake, and bolganone will come flying out of the magma... The battle begins!

It can be tricky to figure out what to do at first, but you'll notice that there are rock pillars surrounding the arena. When Bolganone is near one charging up his fire breath, take aim and shoot a bomb arrow at the pillar. The pillar will come crushing down on Bolganone, trapping his neck and allowing you to strike his Voided foreheard crazily. He'll get back up, and you'll need to do this 2 more times. After that, Bolganone gets even madder, and will dive into the magma, destroying all of the pillars.

He'll rise again, now looking even fiercer and more intimidating!! As you prolong and dodge his constant fire balls, claw swipes, and fire blasts, you'll see that there's nothing you can do... And there isn't.

But wait... The Goron band will appear to help you! One bomb arrow won't work against the beast, but what if you got it with multiple explosives? The Gorons will tell you to wait for them to plant about 4 bombs on the beast, first. Then, while the dragon is charging up it's attack, target all four bombs with the Flare Boomerang to make them all explode in a row, causing Bolganone to become stunned and fall to the arena. Go crazy on him, and repeat this process 2-3 more times to finish him off.

Once you've defeated him, Bolganone will become purged of his Void, and return back to his home... Dwelling in the magma of Death Mountain. The Goron Band tells Link of what has been happening as of late in the area, and what troubles lie ahead for Hyrule and stuff like that. Sol teleports them back, and the Void in the area is consumed by the Sol Medallion, where Sol Link then becomes stronger! He learned a new ability, the Lightwave! To perform a, simply do a Spin Attack to send forward of shockwave of Light energy to strike foes in a row!

After getting your Heart Container, it's time to get the heck out of here and back to Rimwood...[/spoiler]

The Zora Domain
[spoiler]On your way back to Rimwood, you'll get another letter from Neo. He says...

"Link, I've got someone you've gotta meet! I also have a nice present for you, too!!"

Well, you're headed for Rimwood, anyway, so it doesn't really matter. Go meet Neo first, and see what he has to say.

When you arrive at his workshop, you'll be greeted by a Zora. Neo introduces the two to each other. The Zora (named Aquos) is a long time fried of Neo. They are both master blacksmiths after retiring from battle. Aquos had heard of a man who had saved the Western Forests and the neighboring Gorons, so Aquos crafted Link a special sword, which will never rust, and can be swung in water as easily as swinging it through air...

You got the Aquos Blade!!! This special Zora-craft sword is made with Zora Azurite, and the strongest steel. Has no resistance when slashed underwater.

Also, Aquos tells Link that a dark creature had also invaded the Zora Domain, and the Zora were pushed back to the Zora Outlands, forced to live out of their only home. Some Zora were left behind, though, and Aquos wants Link to go and vanquish the darkness that lurks within the Zora Domain.

But wait... You have a skill to learn! This time, Aquos is the one to instruct you through this one. It's called the Dolphin Charge. It's a Zora fighting technique that is used commonly in water, but can be used on ground, also. When you're a certain distance away from your opponent, press the command to rush forward and perform an upward slash at your opponent, while sending yourself up, too. Then, come down with a diving slash that creates a small tremor around you.

This is the Dolphin Charge, and learn it well! It becomes more effective in water!!

Okay, so after leaving the workshop, you'll be greeted by the band of Gorons that attacked you in Death Mountain. They apoligize, and thought they would repay Link. So, they give Link a new type of Bomb... The Sticky Bomb!! These bombs will stick to surfaces and only go off after long amounts of time or when ignited by the Flare Boomerang. Take these to heart, as they'll assist you in the Water Temple... Err, the Zora Domain.

Remember that Goron you spoke to that was exhausted, as well? Well, you got the Spring Water, right? Give it to him, and he'll get you a nice Piece of Heart! Woot.

Okay, so go to the Elders house now to meet up with Vincent and Tribus to report your news. Tribus thanks you deeply, and says that the dark creature who is spreading the Void must be stopped at all costs. Tribus last saw it heading towards the Zora Domain, so Link should stop by there at this point. Tribus also thanks Link for saving all the Voided Gorons, and awards Link with a new shield.

You've earned the Hylian Shield, the most recognizable Shield Link will ever get!!

When you walk out the door, you notice Tribus yelling at the top of his lungs, "ALRIGHT BRUDDAS!!! LET'S ROLL BACK HOME!!!!"

Tribus rolls out of the village... Followed by a horde of other Gorons. You're probably wondering, "What if you didn't give the one Goron his water yet?" Well, he won't leave till you DO, so no worries :P

Okay, so start heading towards the Zora Domain. You'll notice that when you arrive at the Zora Outlands, there is a small civilization built there, already. These are the refugee Zora, who were driven out by the Void! When you enter, you're greeted by the elder of the Zora, Nezerie. Nezerie tells Link that Tribus told him of Link's arrival on his way back home, and is well aware of Link's intentions. He tells Link to go talk to the Zora's Warrior Chieftain, Typhon.

When you meet up with Typhon, he'll be skeptical of your skill. He tells Link if Link intended on stepping foor into the Domain and stopping the evil, he would have to prove himself to Typhon. So, this is exactly what you'll have to do...

Typhon will be in a boat, while Link is on a device known as a Zora Cruiser. It is a device that allows humans to ride through the water with ease, being kept on by magical bonds between the rider's feet and the Cruiser's surface. The Zora Cruiser will be roped and tied onto Typhon's boat...

Typhon informs Link that he'll be rowing the boat through the Zora River's maintstream, and it's Link's job to shoot down targets using his Legend Bow while on the Cruiser. So when the challenge starts, immediately take out your Bow and survey the area. If you find a target, shoot it, and a +10 will appear. This score will rise in intervals of 10 if you keep shooting consecutive targets.

If you earn enough points by the end, Typhon will be impressed, and apoligize for his underestimation before. He rewards Link with a Zora Cruiser, which he says will be very helpful in his journey.

The Zora Cruiser can only be used in water. Accelerate through the water, and turn when you need to. Link's Bow, Bombs and Boomerang can also be used while on the Cruiser. It also serves another function, but it will be explained when you get deeper into the Domain.

Typhon will also reward Link with the honorary Zora Plated Armor! This armor is fully plated with Zora Azurite and the finest metals and steels in Hyrule. Can be used on land and in water, but more useful in water. They will allow Link to swim or surface in water, and give him infinite breath. He also receives no friction while on the surface of the water.

So enter the Zora Domain, and welcome to your next Dungeon! (AKA the Water Temple...). This place is less peaceful than it would seem with the Void around. Using the Cruiser, make your way through the many water currents in the Domain to make your way to the actual dungeon of the Zora Domain. Just like any other Water Temple, this can become the hardest dungeon... And really quickly, at that.

Enemies Lurking Within...

Voided Zora - Just like the Voided Gorons, you'll need to dispatch these guys as Sol Link. Avoid their spear throws and counter with your arrows. While stunned, get their Voided backs as Sol Link, and they'll be teleported safely back to the Outlands.

Tektite - You've encountered these before, so you know how to dispatch them.

Bari - Giant jellyfish monsters that lurk in the water. They can't be defeated now, but with the help of another item, they can be taken care of.

Octorock - You know these guys... Dispatch them by deflecting their shots, or running over them (yes) with the Zora Cruiser.

Zola Warrior - Green scaled humanoid warriors that carry a might Sword ad Shield. Fight them hand to hand on both land and water. The Dolphin Charge works especially well against these guys.

Mini Boss [Frenzied Serpant]
So you've reached the mini boss... And who is it? Well, the arena is a medium-sized platform that is floating on a bed of water. Link notices ripples in the water. The ripples start to get faster, until a Serpant appears from it!! The serpant appears Snake-like, with two arms and a trident.

The Serpant will swim around, popping up momentarily to attack Link with energy blasts or slashes from the Trident. You'll notice that when the serpant goes for a blast, he is far from the arena, where many columns and pillars lay across the outside rim of the arena. Since the pattern of this beast's attacks are pretty obvious, predict its movements and set a Sticky Bomb on a pillar, using the Zora Cruiser to get there. When the serpant appears at that spot, set the bomb off with your Flare Boomerang and the Serpant will sink into the water. Sol informs Link that this is his time to strike! So, with the Zora Plater Armor, dive into the water and follow the sunken beast down. Then, slash like crazy at him. When he regains momentum, he'll swim back up, sending you up by the force of the water being carried with his ascent.

Use the same tactic for the next 2 rounds, but be wary that the beast's patterns have changed. After defeating him, a treasure chest will appear... What else but the Hookshot!!!

This item can be used to latch onto certain materials and targets to pull Link towards them! Can also be used in conjunction the The Zora Cruiser to make the Zora Cruiser latch on and automatically follow something, just like when you were latched onto Typhon's boat in the Outlands! While latched on to an object, Link can also use his Boomerang, Bombs, and Arrows. You can do this since the Hookshot itself is attached to the Cruiser.

After beating the mini boss, go through the strenuous Zora Domain and complete the rest of the dungeon, with some cool puzzles, such as using the Cruiser with the Hookshot to latch onto a moving block, and shooting an Eye Target to trigger that block to flow into a water current, where you're latched on with the Cruiser, being pulled by the rock!

Okay, so get anything you're missing and enter the Boss Door!!!

The Embodiment of Rage - Julhalla
So the boss of the Zora Domain is a giant fish, with long fins on each side and a very impressive looking back fin, that'll create crazy waves! Oh, and it has eyes on its back, too...

The arena is purely water. Get on the Cruiser and you'll notice that you can latch onto the back of the beast. In conjunction with the Cruiser, latch onto the beast with the Hookshot to follow it through the many tunnels in the arena. With the Zora Plated Armor, you'll be able to also follow it underwater. When it surfaces, it will send electrical currents coming your way, so either strafe left to right to dodge them or jump over them.

Julhalla will also shoot energy blasts at you from the eyes on its back. Dodge them by strafing, and use your arrows to shoot the eyes when they open up to charge the blasts! When all the eyes are shot, Julhalla will stop, allowing you to reel yourself in, get on top of it, and stab into the giant eye that finally opens on the top of the beast!!

The next round presents some new problems... The beast will fire frequently, being wary to shut it's eyes as quickly as possible, so it becomes nearly impossible to shoot them, so you need another way to stun the beast.

Well, Julhalla takes a new route that it follows, and this one goes into many caves and tunnels. Well, at the entrance of some tunnels, there are stone pillars on either sides of the entrance. Shoot these down with bomb arrows as Julhalla approaches it, and Julhalla will swim right into the rubble head first, stunning him and causing his big eye to open. Again, reel yourself in and slash that eye!

Well, Julhalla is infuriated, and will swim into the depths of the water, so I hope you have that Zora Plated Armor on!! The fight will now be underwater, and there's no more following. Julhalla will be fighting you face to face. You can't use arrows or bombs underwater, so your only choice is the Hookshot. Activating the Cruiser underwater will do no good, either, as it forces you to surface.

When on the surface of the water, watch Julhalla's movements closely. Julhalla will occasionally do a rushing tackle at you, so sidestep. Julhalla's back will then be exposed to you, so use your Hookshot to latch onto the beast and reel yourself in. At this point, Julhalla will be trying to shake you off, so stay on your Hookshot as long as you can, until Julhalla finally runs into a pillar, sending the beast crashing down. Take this chance to deal the final blows, and finish off the beast!!

After defeating Julhalla, the water will become shallow, and a Heart Container will appear. Also, all the void in the area will be consumed by the Sol Medallion... You have recovered more energy of the Medallion! And with that, a new skill for Sol Link!

Sol Link has now learned Spirit Flame, which is an attack that works in conjunction with a regular Jump Attack. When a Jump Attack is used, a shockwave of fire will be sent forward, damaging an enemy and burning them.

After learning this, get out of this God-forsaken dungeon using the portal. Don't forget the Heart Container, too!![/spoiler]

The Sword of Evil's Bane
[spoiler]As Link leaves the Zora Domain, he is greeted by a horde of Zora, thanking him. Nezerie rewards Link with a bigger Bomb Bag. You can also do Typhon's target shooting game to get a bigger quiver and some other prizes, too.

As Link leaves the Zora Outlands, his path is impeded by a dark creature that is dashing... Towards Rimwood! It's the dark beast that has been spreading the void, it Rimwood is it's next target!!

Chasing it down will be no easy task, so stay focused! Call Epona and ride towards the beast!! When you're close enough, you'll notice that you can target onto dark jewels on the beast's back. Sol tells you that those are what must be giving the beast the ability to spread the void, by releasing the Void contained within the jewels. So, taking great aim while riding Epona, shoot the jewels with Bomb Arrows. The beast will give you a hard time by shooting blasts at you which will knock you off Epona, so dodge them by strafing!

After destroying all the jewels (about 10-12), the dark beast will be collapse and trip... But then, an ominous laugh enters the fray. Ganondorf appears right next to the beast, and comments on Link's futile attempt at stopping the spread. Ganondorf pulls out Thanatos and stabs the beast in the forward. The beast's eyes light up with an ominous glow, and it roars. Ganondorf laughs, and both the beast and himself teleport away.

Sol comments that since the beast is now under control of the Thanatos, there is only one way to stop it. He tells Link that there's only one object that can combat the Thanatos... The Sword of Evil's Bane: The Master Sword.

Sol tells Link to visit Hyrule Castle (which is voided), as the sword is stored within the chambers of the castle.

Now's since the castle is voided, you're gonna need to enter as Sol Link. Sol informs Link that he should try to attract as little attention as possible, so slip through all the guards and enter the castle. Go to the lowest floor, where there will be many puzzles and enemies greeting you along the way. After reaching a final door, Link enters it to find the Master Sword...

But there's something guarding it... A Darknut!!

Darknut - Classic enemies of the Zelda series, these humanoid figures carry large swords and mighty shields. In Sol Medallion, you must hit them from behind to gradually destroy their armor. Once you've done that, you'll notice that it wasn't a beast in that armor... It was a spirit! In the spirit is a sphere, which can be reeled out with the Hookshot. Once this is done, beat the crap outta the core. Once it is defeated, you're done!

Once defeating the Darknut, step up and claim that sword! Once you do, Ganondorf will be greeting you at the doorway. He says that you've caused too much trouble at this point, and teleports you outside in Hyrule field. The dark beast is standing there, and roars loudly and stomps the ground, creating a huge sphere of Void that knocks Link far in the air and into the distance...

"Hey... Is this guy dead?"
"Avior, don't touch him! ............... That blade... Could it be?"[/spoiler]

Sol Sanctum (Citadel)
[spoiler]Link awakens, and is quick to realize that he was knocked out. When he opens his eyes, he sees multiple strangers staring down at him.

"Look!! He's awake!!"

The strangers help Link up, as Link still tries to figure out in his head what is going on. One particular person comes up to Link...

"Hmmm... Judging by your appearance, you must be a Hylian, hailing from Hyrule, no? I am Yuzu, and this is my son Avior. I am the elder of this village, known as Rallen. You've probably never heard of it, because it's not in Hyrule..."

What?!?!?! Not in Hyrule?

"... Young warrior, welcome to Fayore. This land is a seperate land, far from Hyrule."

Sol is quick to note that the Void blast caused by the beast had probably caused Link to be flung out of Hyrule. Yuzu notes that he found Link on the shore after hearing a giant explosion in the far distance, and after seeing a huge dark dome in the distance, found Link on the shore.

Great, now you're on a new continent... What now? Well, Yuzu takes note of Link's Master Sword, and says that he must be the Chosen Hero. Yuzu also says that he recognizes the blade, being crafted by the sages, and notes that it's not at its full power.

Yuzu says that if Link hopes of combatting the darkness in his homeland, he'll have to recover the Sword's lost power. Yuzu informs Link that the three seperate Cores of the Sol were given to his people, and they kept it safe in a giant Temple, known as the Sol Sanctum. The three cores are kept inside each of the three Sanctum's parts, the Citadel, the Nexus, and the Spire. Link must traverse to each part and retrieve the Sol Cores to recover the Master Sword's power.

Yuzu tells you to prepare for your dangerous journey, and tells you to go around and get to know everyone in Rallen. It will come in handy. There's shops, people with side quests, and the Combat Expert. Talk to this guy, and he'll teach you a new sword skill...

The Combat Expert's name is Giffor, and he is the Commander of the Fayore Army. He hopes to share his combat skills with Link.

The first skill he has in store for Link is known as the Hawk Strike. When targetting an aerial opponent, input the command and Link will hurl his sword at the target. Link will then rush up and catch his sword, performing a diving blow. It can only be used against aerial enemies, though.

Once you've learned this, embark on your path towards the Sanctum.

Enemies Lurking Within...

Gargoyle Knight - They'll appear as stone statues, but get close, and they'll burst off their pedestal and come at you! Try using a Hawk Strike, or break them beforehand with a Bomb Arrow from a safe distance. Be wary, though, as a broken Gargoyle Statue will recover, so dispatching it by hand is best.

Armos - Stone statues that stand guard, weilding two handed axes. Their giant swings are very intimidating, so use your swift movements to dodge them. As Sol Link, you can use your ranged Sword Skills to stun them, and try throwing a Sticky Bomb at it. Detonate it with the Blaze Boomerang, and sure enough, the Armos will shatter. Bombs and Bomb Arrows don't work, since they don't have as much explosive power as Sticky Bombs.

Beamos - Spinning statues with a single eye, which will fire a laser at you once you're spotted. Shoot the eye with an arrow to quickly dispatch of it.

Darknut - You've met one before. Slice off its armor by striking its back, and reel out its spirit's core after all the armor is off. Some Darknuts will handle two swords, so watch out!

Lizalfos/Dinofos - No strategy here. It's a hand to hand battle. Dinofos are slightly faster than Lizalfos. Go for a Sword Plant for a quick finisher.

Mini Boss [Shadow Walker]

You'll notice that the arena is very dark. Sol ackowledges this, and lights up the room for Link. Link is startled when he sees a being on the other side. It appears to be a masked man that weilds two double dual sided swords. Sol informs Link that he can't light the room up forever, so he'll have to figure something out.

The Shadow Walker hates the light. It'll creep around the arena invisible when it is dark. You'll hear a distinct shreik when it's going to strike. Switch to Sol Link and when you hear the screech, charge up a Shining Blade. Once released, the whole room will light up from the Shining Blade's shockwave, and the Shadow Walker (who was about to strike you) will be stunned by the light. This is your time to strike it!!

Just repeat this process, and you'll be good to go. But the Shadow Walker will now split into two, and eventually, three clones. It'll be harder, since you have to wait for the real clone's screech to use your Shining Blade, since the clones sound different.

After defeating the Shadow Walker, a treasure chest will appear. Inside, you'll find the Javelin Cannon!! This is an ancient artifact, which fires off high-speed javelins with rope at the end. Use it on an object to bring it towards you, or fire it at certain surface to create a tight rope.

The Javelin Cannon is able to pull very large objects, since, as Link fires it, the Cannon will plant itself on the ground until Link calls it back to use it again.

So, with your newly aquired Javelin Cannon, complete the dungeon, and face the boss!

The Embodiment of Destruction - Noko Loko
Link enter the room, and sees the Sol Core! He rushes towards it, but the door leading to the Core closes. Link looks back, and the entrance door closes. Link hears a giant stomp behind him. As he looks away from the entrance door, and behind him, he sees a giant foot. Link looks up, and sees a huge statue!! It's Noko Loko!!

Noko Loko is a huge stone statue that weilds a stone sword and shield. Don't underestimate the material that the sword is made of, as the sword is 5x bigger than Link, and will perform whopping damage!!

How will you combat such a beast? Bring it down to your size!! You'll notice that at the chest of the statue is a crest. The crest can be pierced, and is weaker than the stone on the statues body. You're probably thinking, "Oh, so I should fire the Javelin Cannon at that crest to bring it down!!!"... Well, when you're all the way down here, and the crest is way up there, there's no way the cannon will reach.

So, you'll notice multiple wooden posts set up throughout the arena. Use your Hookshot to weave your way up the posts and up to a level where you're as high as the statues head. The statue will try to knock you off, so be quick! Fire the Javelin Cannon at the crest, and the Cannon will plant itself firmly on the ground. The Statue will get pulled in by the cannon. Get out of the way, as he's getting pulled right towards you!!!

The statue will hit the wall and fall down with a giant boom!!! That's your chance to get on its chest and slash the crap out of that crest... Which is... VOIDED??? Why is that? Well, no time to ponder, so turn into Sol Link and slice and dice that voided area.

Repeat the process, but it's going to be much harder to get to the top level, as the statue will now fire lasers from its eyes. You'll have to time your Hookshotting from post to post in order to dodge the lasers.

Once defeating it, the Statue will shatter, revealing a Heart Container. Grab it, and then enter the smaller room to retrieve the Sol Core. You've obtained the first piece of the Sol Core!! And with this, the Sol Medallion also gains back some of its energy!

Sol Link has now learned the Sword Skill known as Great Tornado. After charging the Spin Attack over its limit, unleash it to perform a fearful Spin that creates a giant tornado around Sol Link.

So now, take the portal back to Rallen to prepare for your trip towards the Nexus.[/spoiler]

Sol Sanctum (Nexus)
[spoiler]Link will arrive at the Rallen, where he is quick to realize that it has been razed. Yuzu rushes towards Link, telling him that evil creatures invaded and decimated the village. Sol suspects that this is the work of Ganondorf, and Sol tells Link to quickly collect the rest of the Sol Core pieces!!

First, though, visit Giffor for your new skill. He tells you that he fended off as many creatures as possible, but was mortally wounded. He says that he shall teach Link a secret skill, that has been passed down from generation to generation of the warriors of Rallen.

It is known as the Fierce Spin. When your health is at its fullest, unleash an improved Spin Attack with enhanced power and range. You can also keep spinning by repeatadly pressing in the button for a certain amount of time. This spin is also capable of deflecting projectiles.

Giffor gives Link his best wishes on his travels, and passes away.

Stock up on any items you need, and head towards the Sol Sanctum. Enter through to the Nexus to start your next quest towards the second Core piece!!

Enemies Lurking Within...

Gargoyle Knight - Same as before. You should know how to dispatch of them. You can also now use the Javelin Cannon to pin them in place to make it easier to strike them.

Armos - Same as before, but like the Gargoyle Knight, you can now stop them in their tracks with the Javelin Cannon.

Rope - Giant snakes that will poison Link, causing him to continually lose health over time. Combat them by throwing a bomb into their mouth when they are about to strike to dispatch of them. Their tough hides are useless for your regular weapons.

Darknut - ... Same thing as before.

Lizalfos/Dinofos - Yep, you guessed it. Same as before.

Mini Boss [Astonish Warrior]
This is one creepy Mini Boss... As Link enters the room, he'll be knocked off his feet by a flying being. It's an armored beast, with full plated armor, a helmet, wings, and two claws on either side. It will attempt to knock you off the arena, so watch out.

The Astonish Warrior has an attack that will instantly knock you off if you don't act quickly. After flapping it's wings rapidly in place, it will screech, and soar towards you, pick you up, and drop you off. This is also your time to strike, though.

While it's charging up that attack, take out the Javelin Cannon and shoot it at one of its wings (since there's no armor, there). The Javelin Cannon will reel in the Astonish Warrior into the ground, which will cause it to be knocked out (because of the impact it had on the ground). The Hookshot can't be used, since the Hookshot won't smash it into the ground upon reeling it in.

After it's knocked out on the ground, use bomb arrows to shoot it's armor off. You can only fit in one shot while it's knocked out, so fire quickly! Sol will also tell you this.

Repeat the whole process until all the creature's armor is off. The Astonish Knight is very freaky looking... It basically looks like a vamped up zombie on steroids. After losing its armor, it will also lose its wings, so this is now a hand to hand battle. Just finish it off with quick dodges and strikes.

Be wary of it's needle throwing attack, also. You can use the Fierce Spin (if you learned it) to deflect the needles back at the Astonish Warrior.

After defeating it, a treasure chest will appear. What's inside? The Rail Glider!!

The Rail Glider is a small contraption, used to latch onto rails on the ceiling. Simply place it there, and place bombs on it to have bombs follow the Glider on the rails, shoot arrows into it to control the arrow's projectory, and you can even hang on it to have the Rail Glider carry you along the rails!

So now, finish the rest of the dungeon. You'll obviously be confronted with lots of puzzles involving the Rail Glider. For example, there's a boulder up ahead, and the only thing seperating you from it is a very long pit. There's also a rail on the ceiling, too, so use that in conjunction with a bomb to make the bomb Glide into the boulder, making the boulder break. The boulder was covering up a longer rail path, that curves to the right, making it impossible for you to see around the corner. Try shooting an arrow through the Rail Glider, and the Rail Glider will lead the arrow into an eye switch, which was situated around the corner!

The eye switch activates a bridge, which allows you to advance! That's just one of the many puzzles that would involve the Rail Glider.

The Embodiment of Confusion - Manicity
Link enters a room, which consists of very small platforms throughout, with no real arena. There's also a giant web of Rails above on the ceiling (Rail Glider, anyone)? There's also eye switchs on the ceiling, too.

Well, while Link steps onto a platform, a giant, snake-like monster rises from far away. It then roars towards Link, and sinks back down.

Manicity will pop up in between platforms and shoot fireballs at Link. It's gonna be hard to dodge them, since you're on a tiny platform. Make sure you don't fall off while strafing!!

If you don't figure this out, Sol will tell you. He says that the monster is popping up in a certain pattern, so you can use that to your advantage! Predict where it will pop up, and shoot the Javelin Cannon at it to hold it in place. When you shoot it, the Javelin will pull on it, making it's head splay onto a platform. From there, use the eye switches to adjust the Rails to lead towards Manicity's head, and use the Rail Glider carry yourself towards the platform (taking the path that you set) and slash at the monster's head... Which is voided. So slice it down as Sol Link.

In the next rounds, the monster will try to trick you, by popping up in multiple spots at a time very quickly. Don't let this fool you, and have your Javelin cannon out, ready to strike it when it goes for a fireball. Remember to be quick when setting the rails to direct towards the beast, too, as Manicity won't stay pinned down forever.

After defeating the monster in a long battle, a Core Piece will explode out of the boss. Grab it, and grab the Heart Container, too.

I really like it! The horse chase reminds me of the chariot races from Prince of Persia! You got me really excited for this game that has only been announced as in production! I really like the castle thing but the village part was very cliche. Also the darkness thing sounds very familier (Twilight Princess). I do like the whole "Bob" speaking to you from the pendent, reminds me of Windwaker! This would be a fantastic fan fiction also, I would love to hear more of this tale!

QingXin

Thanks! I'm just hoping that I can fit all of that onto one post... Lmao!

Don't expect elaborate Dungeons, either. I'd basically just explain what bosses, enemies, items, etc. are in it...

Also, I still need names for the village, Ganon's sword, The Sol Medallion's Spirit, and the village Elder.

QingXin

Okay, I've added up to the completion of the Forest Temple! If you've been reading it, start from where the linebreak is!

Triforce_Luigi

I like it alot! As for village names, you can always use the names of the Seven Sages in Ocarina of Time. After all, they were named after towns in previous games!

QingXin

Thanks for the comments, guys! Also, Death Mountain Caverns AKA The Fire Temple has been added! Check it out  :)

Allegretto

Very long, i read it all and I thought it was a good idea

But it will never become a game so why are you wasting your time?

1. In the world of etiquette, never use the phrase, "waste of time" or any other phrases related to that... Just a little something  ;)

2. Too much time on my hands = Nothing to do but this. Nothing to do over the summer since all my friends are still on vacations, and the wants who are availiable don't see the sunlight... So, this is just to past the team.

One can dream, can he not?  ;)

You never know... Maybe I'll send this to Nintendo someday  :|

Quote shortening, ftw!!

That's a long shot, saying that it would become an actual game. Although I like the concept of the game, itself, it might be a little "too hardcore"...

Also, adding Water Temple RIGHT NOW!!!!

QingXin

This update is short, but the end is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. Muahahahahahahaha!!!

That was a pretty long read, but it would make an awesome Zelda game.  ;)  I like the whole concept of transforming into Sol Link in parts covered with the Void.

Yeah it's great, isn't it? I know you guys will like the next part :D
