Tupin

I am personally looking to import a couple of Famicom games that I can use on my NES with a converter.

What about you?

I've only imported one and that's JumpUS.

I've also download some Japanese game demo's.

I'm thinking about importing a DS Lite, but I've never imported before.

It's 100% region-free and can be changed into English.

The problem is that my mom believes nothing I say, and has thrice the power over me that my dad has, because even though he's awesome, he's a darned suck-up to her. -_-

It's also the reason why I'm not getting my 360 repaired.

I've never and probably won't unless there's a game I really want that's only available in Japan.

Gwen Khan

never have, and most likely never will

Someone bought the games in the eBay auction I was just about to buy.  :'(

I'll never see a deal like that again....

Generally, no, but I had always wanted to and with the DS being region-free and when it was right before Pokemon was being launched in Japan.. I decided that would be the perfect game to import.  Lots of text but nothing really intensive as far as understanding a lot of it, ya know, but I picked up on some names which helped and learned Yes and No of course.

I'd consider importing again.. but it would have to be worth my while to do so.

I have imported two games thus far, both from Play-Asia: bit Generations: dotstream (GBA) in 2006 and I'm waiting for the KORG DS-10 Synthesizer (DS) to arrive...the release date is in two days, and once it ships it should take 4-7 days.  The site says a week, but last time I ordered from them I got it in 4 days.
