Any bad habits?

Do you people have any bad habits? Other than being a forum addict, of course.

For me, I bite my nails. Alot. My thumbnail the worst, as I bite it too far and it hurts to move it or use my space bar.

Um... I guess it's considered a bad habit that I very often cross my legs when sitting. I don't get why most boys think it's painful to do so.

When I'm sitting in a chair or bench especially, I move my heels up and down really fast so my whole leg shakes, I don't really notice it but it apparently vibrates the whole thing and angers everyone.

And stage fright, if that's a habit. Whenever my band plays shows I just stare at our lead singer and can't look away cuz I get nervous. >.>

I'm just not terribly tidy when it comes to hygene at times.
I also tend to be too vague at times...which is a problem since I want to make movies, write, etc.
