Yes, my Wii is one of the Wii with dirty lens that can't read Brawl, many of you know about my problem, recently, my Brawl was just fine, but it never worked again.

My question is, even if the warranty of the Wii has expired, the cost for the repair and shipping will be free?

Its completely free.
Nintendo cleans it for free,and the pay for shipping.
I know because mine had the same problem.(I don't have a warranty.)
