I never denied that Ruben couldn't sing, I was only stating that his win was an upset because Clay Aiken was heavily favored.

Either way, Clay Aiken won out in the end, having sold many more records than Ruben.

Oh and how about Taylor Hicks beating out Chris Daughtry (the biggest favorite of them all), even if Daughtry wasn't in the finale, the fact that he got out in the Top 4 was a huge upset.
