I'd be interested. The rules I'd like are, no Ubers, no hacks(obviously), and no more than two legndarys per party.

Isn't no ubers better than no legends? No legends means no Pokemon like Regigas who are legendary but not that good overall. It also means we can get ubers like Wobuffet who aren't legendary :P

Sleeping clause I am guessing means no sleep inducing attacks and if I am right, then... can't handle your Pokemon falling asleep eh, lame. Might as well eliminate most ghost/psychic Pokemon then, due to the fact it is good strategy to be able you such attacks with them.

Sleep clause means, in 2 on 2, both Pokemon cannot be asleep.

It merely limits the # of sleep attacks and or Pokemon affected.
