What's your coolest teacher like?

Well, mine is nice, funny, and gives out lots of extra credit. And he likes sports, ESPN, wrestling, and hiking. HE'S AWESOME. 8)

I don't have him yet, I have him next semester, but I know what he is like because I had him last year too.

We were shooting rockets and some of them went in the woods near by and he didn't care that like half of us were either fooling around in the tennis court or wandering in the woods....yep he was in the parking lot and like 5 of us were in the woods looking for stray rockets(we did this without asking or being told, he didn't care)

my oceanography prof from last year, he was just this really laid back guy, he cancelled most of the labs for some reason and his tests were open book group work

oops misread, thought it said "what was your coolest teacher like" for this semester my Natural History of New England Profs for being laid back and easy going

My chemistry teacher from last year.


-He stays after school on Fridays to let us play Dungeons & Dragons in his room

-He has a "Chemistry Club" founded on the principle of doing things too dangerous to do with a class, and to just "blow stuff up"

-He is active on the Internet and plays TF2 a lot (not telling his SteamID...I have to add him sometime :P)

-He was DJ (he played house/jungle)

-He is a great teacher, if that counts for anything

My coolest teacher ever was probably my Science teacher last year. He was strict and expected high of us, but he was still pretty cool.

He had around 15 boxes of Battleship in the back of the room for whenever he decided we should play Battleship.

He was actually friendly, so we knew him pretty well.

As a personal thing, he reminded me a lot of my dad, and my dad is awesome :3

He was also an amazing teacher, and if I happen to take Chemistry at the local community college, I might have him ^_^

My government teacher this year. He's from the military, so he knows what he's talking about. He's also hilarious and picks on everyone.

My Social teacher. He's bloody well amazing, an ex-banker/border patrol/guard. His ideologies are brilliant on many regards, but he's still old fashioned in terms of racism....which is a bad point.

As we are, he doesn't use books or notes or anything to teach, and has it all down packed. The big thing with him, though, is even though he isn't young, he isn't out of touch, he has an ipod, he plays Halo Trial, and he's generally lenient with homework. I don't know, he's just awesome.

Let me tell you a story of my computer Programming teacher..

He dropped out of highschool

He was a sniper trainer in Veitnam or something

He was a substitute, the heavy weight Wrestle teen champion was sitting in his chair and said

"Hey you stupid intercourse , why dont you get off your lazy ass and teach us something"

The teacher walked over and

*Flips chair, puts knee on chest and elbow in neck*

"Dont talk to me like that you stupid intercourse , or ill give you something to whine about right after I rip off your balls"

Then he became a teacher

HE is amazing at Pac man, GREATEST EVER AT CHESS

I went up to him, asked to play chess

I beat everyone in the class

He sat down and beat me

But it was a 1:20 minute game

So intense

my Physics teacher was a submarine technician in Vietnam.

He talks about submarines and stuff all the time in class...but won't give us information like the speed and the depth, because he said he'd get arrested if he did :P

My art teacher from college was cool as poop.  He'd spend the whole class time just talking about movies and music and concerts and any intercourse ing thing. 

He also looked like the singer from The Offspring.

I remember that sometimes he'd talk about how he'd want to meet a chick, and just go bowling and drink some beer and just hang out.  I always wished it'd be me. XD

My science teacher goes around wrestling seniors and just makes jokes on everything. His awesome lol :P
He makes science fun and actually teaches :P
