Well, it has SOLIDLY been 6 months

It's been a solid six months now, with that, I mean it's a little after, because I wanted to allow for those users that didn't get the game the first few days to be on equal footing.

I want to know, what do you think of SSBB?

Things you dislike, things you love, your mains, etc. From there, I plan on looking waaaaaaaay back, to March, and comparing the things, we'll see how our perspective has changed in such a small period of time.

With a game like Melee, things were discovered right up until the end, and I expect that to be the trend for Brawl, as well.

So, let's begin our test, shall we?

nothing really changed here except for switching to the Gamecube controller from thw nunchuck.
the biggest changes that happend were with the characters that I play with but that i dont main. The order of characters that i play from best as to worst as now:

The hype was definitely better than the release, I can tell you that. The game was rushed, as we all know, and so much more could've been added to it! I'm a bit disappointed in the results, because they could've done a LOT more.

Current Main: Toon Link, Marth, and Fox.
Favorite Stage: Mushroomy Kingdom
Favorite Part of Brawl: Music
Least Favorite: Damn freaking Yoshi and the online.
Controller Option: Nunchuk first, then GCN mainly.

Least Favorite- Home Run Contest, the way he changed it bugs me tremendously

Hm...I'd say Melee was more competitive while Brawl had more content like unlockables, characters etc.  Brawl is fun but Melee is better.

Huh...
Well I really like getting involved competitively (sp?) so no more items for me.  Getting involved in clans is fun and frustrating at the same time, and the smash boards are mindboggling O_O  So I'm not fully into the competition yet.

Main(S): They are constantly changing, but as of now they are Diddy, Mario, and a tie between Snake and Wolf
Secondaries: Lots of people, really.  Captain Falcon, Lucas, Falco, ROB, MetaKnight, and some others...
Favorite stage: I really enjoy PictoChat, but it's more for fun then for the serious stuff.  So Smashville is good for me :)
Least Favorite stage: Hanenbow >_<
Favorite part of Brawl: Music, online though lacking, and just being able to play it :)
Least favorite part of Brawl: YAY LAG
Controller option: Gamecube Controller

I never was into Melee very much, not nearly as Brawl.  I can see people arguments that Melee is better than Brawl, but it's not like that for me.  Of course, Brawl could use some serious improvements but for now it's good.
