What is your opinion on things like karma and luck?

Personally, I don't really believe in luck. Karma, yes. You will get screwed over for screwing something up.

Macawmoses

I believe in both, actually, but karma especially. As for luck, though, I have a lucky number, and a symbol, so, of course I do.

Indigo

Not to sound like a n00b, but Karma ftw. Christan Karma that is. Which is basically the same :#

Matt

I believe in both, luckily I rarely go face to face with bad Karma, and as for luck... well it has been good recently.

Friendly Hostile

Not really, since it seems very rare to me that good things happen to good people and bad things to bad people.

Gwen Khan

luck maybe, but karma is total bullpoop

Nayrman

luck I believe in (such as being in the right place at the right time, etc.), but karma, no.
Bad things happen to good people all the time while vagina cleaning devicebags get everything, so no, karma is false X_X;;

tibar21

I only believe in superstition.

I follow this belief.

Luck, sure. If Karma exists, then people are getting lucky with avoiding Karma these days.

I'm not super stiticious at all, but I DO believe in Karma.

Anything bad that does happen to you from other people/things that are not your fault, you will eventually get a reward of some sort equal or greater.
It's really hard to explain from my experiences.

And now it seems I lack the urge to explain my point further.  :|

Karma? Yes, though sometimes its effects are delayed dramatically.

Luck? Scientifically, no, but my friend's mom wins something at the lottery or on an instant ticket once every 3 out of 4 plays or so, which is significantly better than the odds. Intuition? Maybe.

ninja

Some people are just lucky and that's all there is about luck.

Karma is bullcrap.  Good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people far too often.

Sgt.Chilly

A) You make your own luck.

B) Karma is often misconstrued.  It's not some magical makes-everything-better wheel of payback.

People see Karma as some simple saying like 'What goes around comes around' which is really retarded.  Karma is about doing good not so you can get rich, successful, and a deep meaningful relationship with the girl of your dreams.  Karma is about the wellness of the soul.  Perform selfless acts of kindness for spiritual health and enlightenment.  Karma boils down to 'Do good things out of compassion and obtain peace of mind and serenity with the universe.  Focus solely on the selfish pleasures of the earth and be bound to the worthless ephemeral trinkets of fleeting joy followed by a slow miserable death alone and filled with regret.'

Remember the saying, "Only the good die young"? Also here is a copy pasta explaining about karma as well.

"And girls want to intercourse  alpha males. Let it piss you off as much as you want, but you know it's completely true. That girl you like who is kinda cute in a weird way, but is totally sweet and you have the biggest crush on? The one who keeps going back to guys who treat her wrong for reasons you don't understand? The one who calls you up at 1 am to cry about how her boyfriend hasn't called her in 3 days, and no matter how long you listen to her, she'll never think of you as anything other than asexual? The one who will curl up next to you on the couch, hug you close, kiss you on the cheek, and never let you intercourse ing touch her beyond that?

Yeah, I'm intercourse ing her.

The hot girl who won't even look at you when you nod at them and smile? The one who laughs when you trip in the hallway and drop your stuff? The one who comes up and coyly asks for your help with her homework, and then pretends you don't exist once you finish?

Yeah, I'm intercourse ing her too, even harder.

The geeky girl you think might be enough like you that you have a chance with her? She plays warcraft on your server, and watches anime, and reads comics? She's so incredible and you just love her so much but you still haven't worked up the courage to tell her how you feel about her?

Guess who just sucked me off and told me they'll always love me?"

Remember this is a copy pasta.
...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...
...It's quite obvious...
