I have to make a Mexican dish, so I was like Yay fried Plantains!

Oh dear god. Its not that they are bad, but I had to throw out my whole first batch.

Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside.
They are pretty decent now, covered them with sugar and cinnamon to hide the uh... plantainy taste.

I don't think that is a Mexican dish... whatever. I never nigga. I hardly cook anything for my life. I mean I could be feeling like a starving wolf, and I still wouldn't cook myself poop if there isn't anything simple to cook.
