Xbox 360, or a PS3?

RedSox and I convinced our parents to get us a 360 (20 or 60 gig), (RedSox has a thread in the Microsfot board) but then our dad told us we could also get a PS3 (any version)...

Which should we get for Christmas?

Knowing me being a Anti Microsoft and a person that grew up with Sony, I would say PS3.

The 360 seems to be the most popular out of those two, though.

Both share like 80% of their libraries, so go off of exclusive titles.

360 is still dominating slightly at the moment, but Sony has finally woken up and is starting to crank out the exclusives. LBP is pure, unadulterated videocrack, and KHIII, Dark Cloud 3, and White Knight Chronicles will be coming out...eventually.

For a pure gaming system, go 360. For a cheap Bluray player at the cost of some 360 exclusives, go PS3.

i have only a wii, but i play Madden, Call of Duty and such with my friend and his 360. Get a 360 unless you want gears of war or something.

Some of those aren't exclusives, but that should keep you busy. I guess PS3.

X-box 360. As far as I've heard, it's less expensive (Which means more games for you guys), has better games (As far as I know), and is a better overall system... as far as I've heard. i really can't tell which is the best, I own neither.

Both are good picks and it all depends on your taste in exclusives. So take a good close look into the exclusives each system has.
