Thanks to this mental training, I'm now addicted to Sudoku. It helps to relieve stress when it can. Yay random number theory!

I've found that Brain Age is a great diversion indeed. Sudoku was among my favorites (and I find myself buying horrible DS titles that offer nothing but it), but some of the other number challenges are fantastic too.

Dark_Harbinger

Yes, they are. I'm developing a pattern for Sudoku. It just needs more practice.

Then try Sudoku Challenge!, it has over 100,000,000 puzzles that will take you 1900 years to complete!

Brain age never really appealed to me, i don't want to know how fast it can calculate numbers and say what colors words are.

SkyMyl

There exist Sudoku titles for a reason.

I had to stop playing Brain Age before I got addicted to Sudoku.

These tests are shown to exercise your brain. Some people could use a bit of that.
Oh, there's no stopping me now. Every morning, night, lunch, dinner, snack, free moment I have is consumed by it.

I'm not that bad Harbinger, but I do play both BA and BA2 on a daily basis. Not at a regular time, though, as that'd be mundane.

Dark_Harbinger

At any time I play. In fact, I'm going to go play it now.
