Factor 5 Closing Down?

Matt Whatshisface from IGN made an entry stating that Factor 5 was shutting down.

Their site is up, but you should know some of the titles they are known for, namely Star Wars titles and Turrican.

However, what is relevant to our interests, is the fact their site has a nice "TBA" screen for pre-production titles. A number believe that the next Kid Icarus would be made by them.

So, company may be closing down......what are your thoughts?

They're not as far as I know.
Also, if that were the case with the Kid Icarus and F5 were closing Nintendo would make some kind of announcement.
If we start hearing this elsewhere I'd start to get worried, but IGN can't report for crap...
