Found a glitch
When you encounter Shadow for the second time and battle him, Amy, once again, says "Yeah!  Run away you coward!" or something along those lines to Shadow.  The thing is, my party consisted of Sonic, Knuckles, Big, and Rouge.
How is the game you ask?

Besides the graphics of questionable quality (especially since there is Container in Mystic Ruins that looks like it's impossible to get), I'm still enjoying this game.  The battle sequences with the POW moves (like the Bro moves in Mario & Luigi SuperStar Saga) took me a little while to figure out, but they're actually quite easy to understand once you figure out what you're doing.  Since my first RPG was Pokémon (alright, technically it was SMRPG, but I didn't progress passed those first two Hammer Bros), I did not understand that there are no restrictions for leveling up your characters or using certain abilities outside of battle (Needing the certain badges).  I'll post a review as soon as I beat it.

This is the gap I'm talking about.  The only spoiler in this picture is showing off a little part of Central City.  This pic (Spoilers- same as spoiler box above) shows how deceiving the gap is.  The container, which I already got (like the items in a Pokémon game, they disappear from the map after obtained) would be below the dash action button, behind the fence.

That Amy thing isn't a glitch; any character may talk during almost any part of the journey no matter who is in your party.  The way I see it is this:  for the sake of the story, the characters are actually all together all the time (unless otherwise specified), and the party just consists of who's fighting.

Actually, there is ONE instance I've noticed that doesn't make since:
When you find Omega, Rouge talks to him.  This makes no sense because this occurs during the part of the game when you separate into two teams, and Rouge was in my other team at the time.  Although, it is possible she was just talking through the communicator.
I tried beating the game again, but it froze at Blue Ridge Zone (just about to get that egg near the "secret tunnel", making 10/10 for that world, beat the world boss).  There goes an hour of my life :(
