Arcades barely exist in Japan, ever since the Wii came out. Still, they exist, and they will definitely get them.

There might be a few arcade cabinets in the USA for private collections, and places like Dave and Busters.

Big arcades in Japan are relatively easy to find. D&B is the only place I know that still has machines...that and DisneyQuest, but they have utter crap (when the origional Mario Bros. is the best thing you have, something is wrong).

There's also GameWorks, which I thought was much more common than it really is.
