Being that you could have googled it and you could have figured out that it was some kind of college from the context of the original post, yes.

Also, congratulations, F_A. My advice: College is a lot harder than HS. Study and do all your homework; you can no longer afford to slack off in most classes. I seriously can't stress this enough, especially if you're going to be taking any kind of science or math classes.
