Most underrated/overrated Mario game?

Oh yeah, almost everyone states that Mario Galaxy wasn't that great and is overrated. So yeah, it's TOTALLY overrated. [/sarcasm]

That usually stems from the journalists (if they can even be called that anymore) give it near perfects and dont' complain about any of the game's faults.
Basically suffering from GTA and Halo syndrome X_X;;

But Halo actually pulls it off pretty well.

And there are a couple GTA games that were pretty good. Example: Vice City Stories.

I never said there werent any good games for the series. Problem is when there IS a bad game, the "journalist" never give it a lower score, while when a series starts going in the right direction (Sonic Unleashed), they pan it because of recent failures.
GTA4 was probably one of the worst games I played last year, and yet sites and magazines gave it 10's across the board. I give it a 6 at best because of shotty controls, graphics were dull and bland, car driving was piss poor, missions were also bland, no sense of humor like previous games, and we can't forget "NICO COUSIN!!!!" *ugh*
