That Smash Bros. makers TMNT game has more information released - like being called Smash Up.

The parallels are really evident, with the % system being in place.

So far we only know of the 4 turtles and Splinter, but we can bet on Shredder, Casey, and probably April D:

I'm pumped up for it. May be the Smash that never was.

Ooh, sounds cool. I wonder if it'll be good, though.

Perhaps you missed the memo. The majority of the team is composed of people that have worked on at least one Smash Bros. title.

It's Super Smash Bros. with the Ninja Turtles, but I can't wait for it.

Mainly because they are fixing all the problems that they had with Brawl.

I wouldn't mind this so much as long as it didn't turn out to be better than Brawl. I would be mad if the Ninja Turtles outshone Nintendo's finest.

I have to be honest, me too.

It almost makes you wish they made Smash Up before Brawl so they could better correct the mistakes they made and put it to Brawl rather than a Ninja Turtles game.

Still, it looks good.

Me too. I hope it's still good though.

You guys hope for a worse game? My god, Nintendo's terrible marketing has gotten to you. If this one slaughters Brawl, then we'll have a reason to ninny about Brawl. If it doesn't, you all should count your blessings that SSBB was even released.

I want it to be good, it gives the Brawl team a chance to redeem themselves because they can take their time.

Sakurai is working on it?
He'll just hype it up for two years and then get lazy midway through development.

Good game as it may be, I guess I'm wary about it cuz it won't have that same feeling as Brawl. Like a knockoff that's better... eh.

I have nothing against them making a good game, but no way would I ever prefer Ninja Turtles to Kirby and Pikachu. Characters make the games for me a lot of the time, and this surely won't. I'll prolly give it a chance though.
