It seems useless, but it is interesting.

"ManicTime automatically collects data on your computer usage. It records active and away time, as well as which applications you used and for how long you used them."

So, basically, it records what you're doing when, and if you turn your computer off, it knows that, too.

[spoiler=Annoyingly large screenshots]

What the program looks like after recording a day of someone on a computer.

Another screenshot after a day, but this one shows the times of how long you've used each application. If you have a program that uses Tabs (Browsers, IM Clients, etc.), it shows how long you were in each tab.

If you want, you can tag similar programs, so that they all show up as one thing (For example, if you have AIM and Yahoo, rather than a universal client, you could tag both to be "IM").

I think it's an interesting program. I got it last night, so there isn't much I have D:

What do you think about it?

Unless you're documenting someone's computer addiction it seems pretty pointless.

Doodle

Like what GreatGonzalez said, it would be pretty pointless. You should know what you were doing on the computer.

Not if you have split personalities.

Maybe I have another personality named Julio that enjoys neopets.
