I do believe that is the point.

You guys really aren't that good.  No offense.

I'm gonna start with the pikachu vid.  First off, I didn't see any QAC at all.  A QAC, or a quick attack cancel, is when you use Pikachu's Up B move, and instead of directing it on a level trajectory with the stage, you go right into the ground with it.  The landing is almost lagless, and you can perform any move right of it.  I'd suggest using it much more.  Also, you need to use a lot more of your thunder jolt.  It's a great projectile, and needs to be loved.  Lighten up on the skull bash too, because most good players will just jump over you when they see you charging it up.  And, since dsmash can be DI'd out of, it's not good to abuse it as much as you did in that video.  Try more short hop-fast fall forward aerials, and use thunder as an edgeguard.

Now, for the wolf one.  Seriously, I saw 1 bair.  Total.  In the entire video.  It's wolf's best move by far, so make it your ninny.  But before you do that, you need to learn how to short hop.  It's self explanatory, so I'll let you figure it out for yourself.  Also, please don't use fsmash as a way to move around the stage.  I died a little bit inside every time you did that.  Use short hopped bairs and fairs, and dash attack cancel a bit, too.

Finally, the snake one.  I'm tired, so I'll just say that you should be using more mortar sliding.  You should also learn the timing for the startup lag on your c4s, as you're missing almost all of them.

I have to say you were the most helpful here. Do you have anything for lucario?

Get hit, but don't die.  He does more damage at higher %'s.  Also short hopped fair and high % aura sphere sniping are amazing.

Well, I don't play Pikachu, so... I don't know.

However, looking at the videos on the right, Tibar's Ness and Tollhouse's Lucas is average. Especially mthat lucas. :-\
well first of all that's the toughest not pro or not spamming Yoshi you'll ever face. and i use lucas tollhouse uses ness and came back in his fight to win against sonic. i f***ed up against lucario. sheik.. well you know. i'll post again from the next tournament. i haven't been playing that much.
My Ness would rape you using PSi Magnet alone.

Don't know exactly why, but I found that comment quite humorous.  :)

Glad to see I wasn't the only one.

Anyways, that was a crappy Yoshi and Pikachu, both were incredibly predictable. As for tollhouse, his Ness is average, not great but not bad either, whoever Skye was, it is likewise for his Sonic.
I'm pretty sure Skye used to come here.
He bragged about how "good" he was.
Alright so I'll make this short.
First off, I don't ever recall bragging, and when i actually came here i was on par with most of you (well, the ones who used to be in this hellhole)
So, the difference between we who were in the tournament and you people is simple: We play for fun, not to annahilate the other person
in these tournaments we use 7 different characters. I'm pretty sure most of you only use 1, maybe 2. So we train with 7+, not 1.
We also try to stay away from things such as teching. That makes things frustrating and sucks the fun right from the game.
But why bother telling all this to you people. Many of you I dont even know. Just thought I would pop on and give my opinion in this subject.
IMO playing for fun is annihilating the other players (that is if they to are competitive). Its fun to know that your so much better then somebody else.

I used about 7 or so characters back when I actually played Brawl, most of them weren't too difficult to master since most of the techs are very simple in Brawl.

And this makes you sound just like those anti WD scrubs of old lol.  If you stay "away" from teching then don't ever post a vid asking how good your "competiveness" is.....because it intercourse ing sucks.

All in all your wrong.

OK, look. I'm not going to start arguing with someone I don't even know, so everything I was goind to say I'm going to keep to myself. All of that is your opinion. And I don't see my account being the one who posted this topic. I was looking for advice, not fights.
